Cook telling the Jurors that they cannot think negatively about LS if she does not testify. Says they may not get to hear both sides if they don’t hear it from her.
Says she may testify, she may not.

He keeps pronouncing Stauch like it rhymes with Ouch.
That used to aggravate me to hear the various mispronunciations by reporters.
It would clue me in that he/she had not heard of, or wasn’t following, the case.
As for some of them, who reported on the story several times, and continued with a mispronunciation or started using a different mispronunciation, I thought it was sort of disrespectful to Gannon.
Letecia didn’t and doesn’t deserve to share the same last name as Gannon, so I don’t really care what name she’s being called. Still, that it’s her own attorney who doesn’t say Stauch correctly is surprising to me!

DA Allen saying that Defense is going to have a “ whole slew’ of jurors he wants to strike for cause because they said they will have difficulty viewing graphic photos..

Judge says it would be highly not normal for a juror to say they would have NO problem with it. And no one would want that.

Wish I had kept count. Judge has denied pretty much all of Defense challenges to strike Jurors.

Bringing them back in now

One woman spoke 2 different times to say she and her family have had such negative experience with the Judicial system that she is not sure if she can serve, said she is bitter and it’s what she thinks about just walking into that building.

Judge asked her “ what if you look at it like you can help us get it right? “

I think she said she might be able to do that.
Yes, she said she doesn’t like police, judges, prosecutors, anything about the judicial system. I bet she gets excused.

And it may be deliberate to aggravate Al. It is disrespectful to Gannon’s memory for sure. Judge should correct the attorney, IMO.

Given Cook is LS's attorney, I wouldn't be surprised if it's LS who started using this pronunciation.

Judge says the number of alternates was decided using this equation.

1 per week of trial. 6 weeks = 6 alternates.

Judge just confirmed they will not be there tomorrow. Told Counsel they can leave their things. Said he has 3 or 4 short cases to hear and they will be virtual.

From my perspective, the woman who has the anti judicial system anything issues will be a preemptive strike by the state, and 16 women of child bearing years, and or men who can shed a tear will be stricken by the defense. ;) Just MOO

That's pretty awesome.

Pregnant woman having to see the photos... it might not be good timing or the right trial for her to serve on. I think she finally said she didn't think she could do it. Discussion continues about the photos of death they will have to see.

Jurors having to see the photos are of concern for some of the jurors. They want to do their jury duty, but some know they can't handle those photos.
I couldn't do it, no matter how much I loathe LS and want to see her put away forever. I really respect the jurors who give up their time and mental stress to sit on a jury like this.

I have been reading this as St"ouch" all these many months/years. I don't mean to be disrespectful going forward, so please, how is it meant to be pronounced?

Is there any way the webinar info can be pinned? I'm having a hard time navigating to it.
