She's on the State's witness list.Not sure if it's a silly question, but so much going on with the case I can't keep up. Where is Harley? Is she in court today? Is she testifying against Leticia?
She said something about not being able to be on the jury because of her pregnancy (which I assume is fairly far along) and he dryly remarked something like, "But you're fine to go back to your day job as a kickboxing instructor?" You could hear he was smiling, and there was an audible burst of communal laughter. She explained that she could instruct without actually kickboxing herself, and he accepted that saying something about needing to understand what was going on.I didn't hear properly, this was the exact moment my 7yr old decided to argue his case for being allowed to have messenger on his tablet(answers no kid, move it along
)
Thanks for the replies yall! I’m still not hearing anything. Do you have video as well?
They misinterpreted what this Order says.I just heard on L&C that LS does not want to attend the entire trial, she will be housed in a holding cell in the building. Sounds like she isn't going to be in the courtroom after all if I heard right.
She should be made to sit in there even if they have to strap her in a chair. She shouldn't have the option to decide. Grrr

I read some legal wording about the jury seeing her restrained (or, duct taped to a chair with a muzzle on) possibly influencing their decision, instead of letting the evidence speak for itself.I just heard on L&C that LS does not want to attend the entire trial, she will be housed in a holding cell in the building. I think strapping her in a chair in the courtroom might be reversible errorI just heard on L&C that LS does not want to attend the entire trial, she will be housed in a holding cell in the building. Sounds like she isn't going to be in the courtroom after all if I heard right.

I suppose that makes sense. Even if she deserves to be duct taped to the chair with a muzzle on.
