Was there a ruling that those testifying wouldn’t be shown on video or is this normal?

Keep in mind that trials are not typically viewable by the public in Colorado and WebEx virtual court system is here via fixed camera/audio inside the courtroom. We also can't see the exhibits and will be dependent on the reporters inside the courtroom to provide descriptions.
