We know he was still alive based on the neighbours footage, but we don’t know that he wasn’t injured (beyond his burns) at that point. And I think he probably was.

At times. IMO, Al has A LOT he wants to say so he starts to elaborate which takes it down a different road but then prosecutor stops him.

It's been 3 years but I recall the discussion here was that the subject photos stamped AM were likely when GS was alive and any PM photos were most likely after GS was deceased. I don't think we have anything definitive to confirm either way. MOO
