He describes her demeanor as angry and not happy that him or other media being there. Spencer asked her to do an interview if she didn't like what he was covering. They drove to a construction lot that was maybe a half mile away.

This was four days after Gannon was reported missing to the police.

Letecia said she wouldn't show her face for the interview.

This sounds like a BIG surveillance detail. Multiple cars switching out, had to be smooth, a lot of manpower.
Yet the defendant somehow managed to get Gannon's body in the back of her moving truck and all the way to FL to be tossed over a retaining wall??? How did that happen?

Spencer's speaking well, wouldn't expect any less from someone who's been working in media so long. Sounds a teeny bit nervous, his speech sounds a little anxious and too fast, but he's handling it well.

MOO

Spencer Wilson, never testified before, a reporter with CBS4. He's the one who interviewed Letecia when Gannon was missing. (known as the Cousin It interview)

(My wording) He was on a search, I think to do a different interview or news report, but in the neighborhood. There was a moving truck and a vehicle on the side of the road. Window rolled down and Letecia Stauch yelled out the window chastising him for being there. So, he offered her an interview and they drove to a different site away from the neighborhood.

The condition being he could not show her face in the interview.

Journalist Spencer Wilson, formerly a reporter with KKTV and now with CBS 4, is now testifying about his interview with Letecia Stauch back in 2020. Wilson is saying that the two of them met when Stauch approached him to "chastise" his coverage.

"I spoke to neighbours who were more concerned for Gannon [than LS.]"

BOOM.

Spencer said, towards the end of their interview, she asked him to redo part of the interview when he asks her if there's anything she wanted to say to Gannon. The first time she didn't cry and the second time he noticed she was crying and upset.

LS asked to redo the media interview saying Gannon would come home - to add in herself crying. Total manipulation.

Wilson testified that during his interview with Stauch he "absolutely" felt Stauch was more concerned with her own appearance than Gannon. “I talked to neighbors who were more worried about Gannon," Wilson said.

They have to hate her.
No doubt.

Anyone remember her original public defenders? I watched the WebEx when LS was trying to petition the judge to represent herself.

It was clearly obvious they HATED her and were not the least bit upset to be withdrawn as her counsel.

Here we go watching the Letecia Stauch interview where she does not show her face. She talks much more about being a victim, and doesn't mention Gannon much at all. She complains her Constitution Rights were violated. The untrue rumors too. MOO. Oh, and Gannon... so sweet, by the way.

(MOO, feel sorry for her. Oops, forgets to mentions Gannon, but does manage to complain how she has been put upon, and her daughter who serves in the military. Talks real fast, but no yada, yada, yadas.)

Letecia talks about "bolting" from the police as detective previously described while doing a news interview. She talks about how it wasn't okay of police to point a gun to her and how once she learned it was police, she was fine with complying with them.
