Oh, hell.

He saw her move the suitcase with Gannon from one van to the other. Was heavy, she was struggling, offered to help. She said no. When asked, said it was softball stuff.

He didn't believe her. "It just didn't feel right. It looked too heavy."

He's crying again, but still answering the questions. Confirming visual identification of the case Gannon was found in.

Omg he's talking about that suitcase my heart's breaking for him. So flipping sad

Lowery saying on Feb. 1, he was helping Stauch move her belongings from one van to another, and one suitcase stood out to him because it was noticeably more heavy than the others. "Something didn't feel right about it," Lowery stated.

Oh, this rough.

Brother watched T struggle with the suitcase.

T is evil.

Evil vortex. Leaves devastation wherever she goes.

Oh Lord, He saw The suitcase.
LS is staring at witness. She is completely still.

Lowery goes on to confirm the suitcase he "didn't feel right about" was the one that Gannon was later found in. When Lowery asked Stauch what was in the bag she told him it was just softball equipment.

He's fourteen years younger, would have been very early twenties? when Gannon died.

Mr Lowery’s dad was hit by a car and killed on his 7th birthday.

:(

How long did LS have Gannon in the suitcase? This just gets worse and worse.

She didn't rise for the jury, too busy holding her head in her hands!
I'm sitting on my hands! Military my rear end! Total lack of respect.

Day 6 Letecia Stauch trial Letecia’s brother is taking the witness stand. He says, he “never thought she could do something like this” and that he initially thought his sister was being wrongfully accused.

Maria...

I'm wondering if these are names gleaned from sanity reports we haven't seen yet.

I'm behind.

Just listening to the marshalls fleeing story.

Realized which Marshalls it was at. (Woodmen rd). Okay first of all, the amount of people that probably witnessed this is hilarious to me.

No way there wasn't some business that had footage of this. So many businesses around that shopping mart area. I need to see this LOL.
Please share the amusement when you do.....

I think her brother really looked up to her and this is killing him. I also think he has a simple vocabulary and isn't understanding all he's being asked.

Brother's testimony is showing LS was of sound mind. But on cross, brother says at time Gannon's body was found, he though maybe LS "snapped" and did it.
