Det. Perry reading her notes after reviewing surveillance showing Gannon and Letecia leaving in a red truck.

Det. Christina Perry made notes of what she saw on her computer screen when watching Gannon and the Defendant leaving in that red truck. Mrs. Stauch walked out to into the street to get the truck. At 10:13 Gannon gets into the truck and they leave at 10:15.

People's Exhibit 42 is when they're returning back to the residence. Det. Perry says it's hard to see, a shadow what could be Gannon coming out of the vehicle. ​

Footage shows them leaving and returning to the house. Detective observed that when the truck returns, it is hard to tell, but she sees shadow in footage that looks like Gannon returning with Letecia.

Yeah, I wouldn't advise it. I have seen postmortem pictures before, but even I didn't know if I was going to be okay with them. Turns out I was, but it wasn't something a lot of people would be okay with.

I think they walked the line well. They blurred his face and groin, and there were no photos of his body 'opened' in any way, besides the one of the skull fracture, and that was not what I would call very graphic. It was a small section of exposed bone with cracks and a small defect in it that was open. It was enough for evidence but not done excessively.

We’re now seeing clips of surveillance video from a neighbor’s home, a few away from the Stauch home. You can see Letecia walk to the vehicle and back the vehicle into the driveway. Gannon then walked to the vehicle and got inside. The vehicle left at 10:15 a.m. January 27.

The truck came back, a shadow thought to be Gannon got out of the back passenger side. Then, it looked like T's car was backed into the garage on the other side of the truck. Backed all the way into the garage, per Det. Perry's opinion.

Exhibit 43 is a zoom in to what appeared to be a shadow possibly Gannon getting out of the truck upon returning.

Video is 2 minutes and 40 seconds. At 2:24 p.m. is that video. Then, the school bus is going to come along.​

So… did H have knowledge of events or was she being loyal to her mother? Or possibly in fear of her mother? Regardless it’s disappointing that she wouldn’t/couldn’t help LE. Gannon had been part of her family for years.

i hope it was fear. If she is an adult now, she shouldn’t feel any fear. In any case, what exactly did she know? I think ANYONE would have a ton of questions About Gannon's disappearance.

I have just looked it up again and it clearly states 18 skull fractures And a

I have just looked back at the autopsy results and it states 18 head fractures ( which is a fracture to the skull ) 4 of which were blunt force trauma and a fractured skull.

The M.E clearly stated in her testimony that Gannon sustained 18 stab wounds. Mr Allen also clearly and quite graphically stated that Gannon sustained 18 stab wounds, and I saw those wounds up on the screen with my own eyes this afternoon.

I think DA Allen should have interviewed this witness, she got ahead of herself and Mr Young was quite condescending, I don't think the detective has recovered her confidence and keeps getting confused. He embarrassed her. Not cool. Jmo

Detective's notes say footage shows Letecia's Tiguan backing into the garage at 2:24 pm. More video shows Gannon's little sister Laina getting off the school bus and coming home around 3:11 pm.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed due to no link> ... the point that I am making is that when I am observing the Home Office Forensic Pathologist ( i have to do so for the continuity of evidence and to document in my official Policy Book for Crown Court evidential purposes), and I see injuries to a skull in real life, it takes a lot of physical strength and effort coupled with a desire to deliberately seriously injure such a small young persons skull, irrespective of how it’s injured. Then factor in the sheer number of injuries inflicted upon him and you can see exactly what this woman is and I don’t buy that she was insane at the time of the attack.
That , IMOO, is not insanity but it is deliberate physical destruction powered by personal rage and hatred towards the poor boy by his
( alleged ) stepmother who was supposed to love and protect him. The insanity plea is a disgrace and I think that her own defence solicitor knows this but what can he do? He is obligated to represent her. Letitia Stauch IMO, Is just pure evil and knew exactly what she was doing at the time that she inflicted the injuries on Gannon.

We know, or I'm assuming, this must have been the time that Letecia, the stepmother from h3ll, had unleashed her horrible fury on Gagnon and was going to need to clean up.​

And he had one sizable skull fracture, blunt force trauma.

18 stab wounds almost randomly placed in his upper body/torso and head area.

That's what the autopsy says. Skull was not completely fractured by the blunt force trauma.

So you are correct.

Anyone claiming to have read the autopsy ought to post a link, btw. I don't see a link to the autopsy here and I don't think it's been released in full - we just have the ME's testimony. If there's an actual release to MSM of the full autopsy, whoever finds that, please post the link!

I'm not arguing about it, I'm not correcting anyone, I'm not choosing a winner in this argument, I'm not watching in real time, I'm multi-tasking you might say. That report was so grisly and horrible, I don't blame people for coming away with differing impressions of what was said. Just like the MSM is reporting different versions.
