Thank you @NuttMeggI am not advocating for either version. I just posted that article, I think it is in error, but it may explain where people are getting their information.
It remains to be seenIf HH is testifying for both Defense and Prosecution, does that mean she is a hostile witness for one or the other, ie for the prosecution? I got that from TV, is there such a thing these days as hostile witnesses?
Yes I guess the important thing is that H tells the truth now. I do suspect she knew more or at least suspected something but that’s JMO.i hope it was fear. If she is an adult now, she shouldn’t feel any fear. In any case, what exactly did she know? I think ANYONE would have a ton of questions About Gannon's disappearance.
I must have watched that video 1000 times or until my eyeballs fell out, can't remember which. I think Gannon got in the back seat driver side, and went out the back seat passenger side, so if true that would mean he just slid, scooted, was pushed, dragged, whatever, across the length of the back seat. Why would T back up to and into the garage unless she had something in the bed she needed to remove outside of ring cameras?
Gannon never exited the driver's side of the truck so that supports him being repositioned at some point during the Petco timeframe. I suppose what is most important is that he did come home... with the unspeakable to follow.
Grateful for the neighborhood footage.
It's really hard watching little L... unaware her life has forever changed.
Jmo
LOL -- I had to stop watching.Would be nice if they could fast forward these clips….my ADD isn’t appreciating this lol.
They're watch the surveillance video. It is mostly silent and basically impossible to see. I've been catching up on other things because I was essentially watching someone's empty driveway forever.Hi all - just joining for the day. Is there trouble with audio or is this witness not saying anything?
You and me both. My Ritalin wore off about eight hours ago.Would be nice if they could fast forward these clips….my ADD isn’t appreciating this lol.
I can't blame the defense for contesting whether or not it was Gannon getting out, ie the shadow over the wheels on the far side. No one, IMO, could ID him for sure, but imo "something/someone" got out. But he was murdered in the house in the afternoon so he had to have come back. That's what I left the case with, way back when.I'm nearly 30 minutes behind the live feed but they're spending a LOT of time on this video, much like we all did back when it first came out.
As I said to the other Websleuths membe who corrected me, it’s of no real consequence because the point that I am making is that when you see a skull in real life, especially a young skull like Gannons, it takes a lot of physical force and effort powered by personal hate and rage to inflict this many injuries to the skull alone, and thats before all of the other injuries inflicted. The M.E clearly stated in her testimony that Gannon sustained 18 stab wounds. Mr Allen also clearly and quite graphically stated that Gannon sustained 18 stab wounds, and I saw those wounds up on the screen with my own eyes this afternoon.
Would be nice if they could fast forward these clips….my ADD isn’t appreciating this lol.
We went back and forth on that forever here, at the time. Some saw shadow, some didn't. Either way, LE do believe he was murdered in his very own bed, based on the evidence discovered so I agree, he had to have come home with her.I can't blame the defense for contesting whether or not it was Gannon getting out, ie the shadow over the wheels on the far side.
