I have opinions NOT sure if it is allowed to say since she is NOT considered a suspect. Will she even show?

The prosecution played former @KKTV11News reporter Spencer Wilson's interview of #LeteciaStauch while her now-dead stepson, Gannon Stauch, was missing. Wilson said Stauch wanted to do a second interview, where she was crying the second time.

Dr. Susan Ignacio, a Florida medical examiner, took the stand Monday to review the autopsy for Gannon Stauch. Ignacio pointed out 18 stab wounds, or sharp force object injuries, on Gannon’s body; four blunt force injuries on his head; and a gunshot wound.

“He also had hydrocodone in the liver tissue,” Ignacio said. “I found it unusual.”

Harley was brought up several times this afternoon as part of testimony so I imagine we will see her on the stand tomorrow.

Spencer's response: Quicker than a normal person would stop crying.

Q: Did her demeanor change following the interview?
Spencer's response: Yes

I’m sure both sides would love to have her either confirm or deny her Mother’s psychotic break theory.

I get the feeling that the Defense already knows she’s not going to back them up on that.

What was that today when her Defense was saying that HH had unfettered access to the crime scene?

It’s very telling that THIS testimony is what upsets her. Not all the graphic heartbreaking details.

She must feel hugely betrayed by Spencer - she used him to try and make herself look good and it backfired on her.

I can't be easy being this woman's daughter.

The neighborhood FB woman said TS posed as her daughter and then came over and blew any kind of boundary. The co-worker said TS texted her as HH to ask if she could stay with her. The asst. principal (her supervisor) felt like TS was obtuse and then rude about needing the day off. Listening to her on tape with AS in those calls was excruciating in the manipulation aspect of each segment of the conversation. The technician who had TS call her as HH and say she needed her stuff and that she was a fight attendant. Also, SW's testimony today about the oddness of her interactions. She made HH get her cleaning supplies. The bodycam footage of the first night with two different officers where she was name dropping/career dropping/best step-mom in the world dropping in response to things her kid did was more of the same. WE all see it as totally horrible but this girl had this as a model and person she had to depend on through out her life. Her mother was always intruding on her daughter and usurping HH's future opportunities as her own. HH was beginning a free life that TS would never have.

I think she will testify against her mom but it will be hard. The prosecution should give her grace and step her through with baby steps so she never has to offer things but is rather asked specifically about them. I know there are people who think she was involved on some level. I don't think she was but I do think that she had to develop strategies to live with this nightmare of a mom. She probably still loves her on some level. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes.

Harley knows what happened. If she doesn’t tell the truth, or hasn’t been forthcoming; she would have been charged with something.

Harley’s testimony is the icing on the cake methinks.

I just went and snooped Harley and she is absolutely stunning. I would be curious to know if that ever caused jealousy from her mom. It's pretty obvious that Leticia didn't have motherly instincts, or she never would have involved her child in a murder. I look at Harley as another victim of Leticia's. If Harley wrote a book about growing up with Leticia as a mom, I would definitely read it.

Thing is, if H tells the truth, as she is supposed to, then it's not really a for or against her mum. She can only testify to what she witnessed and how Letitia behaved around that time.
