She should be in Hollywood. An academy winning performance. 5 star production. Nope. She's going to prison instead. Evil witch.

I beg to differ. This is not a script that would get picked up in Hollywood, and she is certainly not Oscar worthy.
Just a plain old lying liar.

Chaulky smell not paint.
Yeah but ...
At this point a unicorn should show up an produce a chemical analytical sheet of the smell .

She has more tears for her fake rape than she ever had for Gannon.

Didn't send L for help, sure. That's credible.

Miserable insufferable baby killer.

I hope the jury felt it.

I did.

The moment all the air left the room.

Substitute 'rape' with 'murder' and she described exactly what happened.

Gannon crying, pleading for helping, fighting back.... and then the moment of surrender.

Even T was tired retelling it....

That pause tells the story.

I am so so so sorry Gannon.

How many blackouts are we up to at this point??

  • #1,211
No. She is consulting her notes to recall this assault?

Lock the key and throw the whole prison away.

Judge Werner looks like he is trying really hard not to let his face show what he thinks of this charade.

How she loved to talk about the carpet and getting the carpet fixed. Hardly concerned though about Gannon's burns, dragging him to Petco for dog coats or whatever. She just confessed to being raped, but she's dragging the carpet story out some more.

Okay, now Edguardo is maybe 5'6", so he lost 2". He had a thing on his head, but jet black hair. His face shaped like hers but maybe more rounded. Craters like little holes like skin from acne, scars, not bad though, it could've been like wrinkles. Facial hair, yes, a mustache, just a mustache.

Wait... why am I typing a description of an imaginary man?
She looooooved to talk about the carpet, because it is a look here not there scenario.

I think that the point that she covered up her crime with many lies is now so evident in the juries mind - hours upon hours of LS lying.
But what really happened? Did she deliberately burn G? Did G have a candle accident, and she lost her temper? Did she hide G in the storage room? Did G hide from LS in the storage room? Was G in the car at the airport? Where was G in the days between that and when her brother realized the suitcase was too heavy for baseball gear? Was she going to repair the carpet? Did she buy a roll or was one already there? Did Laina see the candle incident? When did H know something was amiss - before the trip east began? ... Was it pure hate that made her harm G to the horrible extent that we heard? Does any head injury match the bedside table? ...
I'm looking forward to testimony and evidence from others. I think to show that the last few days of lies were indeed lies, "we" (the jury actually) need to contrast it with the truth and then determine that she knew right from wrong and constructed lies to cover her crime.
But no more LS, please.

I'm watching on L&C and can't see the judge. What are you watching?

Edguardo is handy though. He works with paints and drywall, but also installs carpets. He's just a somewhat smaller man, Letecia didn't feel he should be that much stronger than her, but she was tired that day, plus she had take extra Ativan.

He wanted a box, probably to take stuff from the house. Steal things. So, he ended up taking the empty suitcase. She wasn't lying around naked, she had to put her pants back on though, so she couldn't just go running out the door. (Although, neighbors may have seen her, sometimes, she has worn shorts sometimes before.)

She keeps saying “he asked me..” and then immediately corrects herself to say “no, he demanded…”

She’s done it THREE times already.
