At that point, LS had been MIA for about seven hours. Was giving her mum a play by play of the detectives in the house. What they were taking pictures of.

LS expressed needing to get an attorney because 'they're setting me up'.

By this point, Little sis had been taken by detectives to AS. HH was alone in the house with the detectives. When she expressed not being comfortable with answering questions, they backed off. There was a female detective with whom she made light conversation. LS told her to call 911 if she felt uncomfortable. She felt it 'wasn't needed'.

LS eventually had a conversation and she told her to go to a hotel 'where she was'. While she was driving, LS didn't answer multiple calls from HH. The hotel turned out to be right near HH's work. LS claimed the reason was she didn't want HH in the house with AS and LH. Waited in the car park for ages for LS to show up. LS turned up in the Tiguan.

They drive back to the house in HH's Jetta. She never goes near or enters the Tiguan. LS has multiple stories about 'why she was paranoid'. Claims the police split AS and LS up at the police station and played them against each other.

They got home. HH stayed in her bedroom. LS texts her from upstairs claiming the police went through all her stuff, asks HH 'what the downstairs looks like'.

Harley said she had been advised multiple times by Letecia to not answer the door for detectives and not answer any questions. “She just kept saying, ‘Don’t say anything, you’re a minor, and you shouldn’t be answering questions.’”

Harley testified saying Letecia told her to come to a hotel on the night of January 28. “She said that she didn’t want to be in the house with Albert and Landon (Gannon’s biological mom) and his family… She didn’t want me there with them," said Harley.

Harley said eventually Letecia showed up at the hotel, and Letecia said they need to go home. The two then go back to the Stauch home in Harley’s car. “She kept being paranoid I guess you could say,” said Harley.

HH borders on being emotional every now and again, but LS is stone-cold. If her own daughter being in this situation doesn't pull at her heart strings--she simply has no heart.

Just wondering what it was like in that house when LH was also there. Curious if LH had suspicions … was she also there once AS realized things weren’t adding up and he started working with law enforcement?

She has. I went back during the break and I caught her a couple of times making what appeared to be 'gestures'. I can't say for certain if they were rude though.

Me too! V signs this time!

Jan 29th, 2020, Harley had to go to work. She took her mom with her because Letecia's car was at the hotel near Harley's work. Before going to work, Harley took her mom to return the rental car keys at the airport. "She told me not to speed because someone was following us."

Harley said the next morning on January 29, Harley drove Letecia to the airport to drop off the keys to the rental car. “I remember we were driving there and she told me, 'don’t speed, I think someone is following us,'" said Harley.

HH drove her back to drop off the car rental keys, then back to HH's work to pick up the Tiguan. Told HH not to speed 'because the police are following us'.

Was called to pick up LS from the hospital, had to get a friend to help her because HH was a minor. Picked LS up from a Taco Bell, LS got a lift there with 'some random person'. Said the police didn't 'want [LS] to leave [the hospital], ever'.

LS asked to use HH's phone. Had it until they got home. Messages between HH's phone at that time and AS's phone being entered.

Harley testified about picking Letecia up from the hospital later in the day on January 29. She said instead of picking her mom up at the hospital, she was told to go to the nearby Taco Bell instead. “It was weird,” said Harley.

The look you make when your daughter says she picked you up at a Taco Bell and you were rambling a bunch of things

Who tells a child, to soften the blow of a fatal overdose, that her father was murdered? Really?

She is despicable.

I think she’s been struggling a bit when it comes to the car.

When she got in the car, “She was just rambling a bunch of different things," said Harley.

Letecia gets picked up by Harley at Taco Bell. Harley let Letecia use her phone while she is in the car. According to Harley, Letecia said police took her phone. Harley is looking at texts from when Letecia texts Al on her phone.

Harley says they went to a parking garage and drove around to see if Letecia's car was still there.

Still catching up but I just want to interject a couple thoughts before I forget.

IMO the prosecution did a good job of setting up Letecia's mindset during the time around Gannon's murder. Nothing in HH's account indicates that Letecia was experiencing a psychotic break like the defense claimed or switching to an alternate personality. This is directly from a witness who Letecia made sure to draw in to her drama. Big mistake Letecia, as HH appeared to be truthful on the stand.

Also, I have to wonder (but can't be 100% sure) if Letecia may have originally planned to OD Gannon. My reasoning was based on the finding of hydrocodone in his system combined with Letecia telling HH that he had screamed "I hate my life" and his comment about "bath salts."

Perhaps the hydrocodone dosage wasn't high enough or he threw it up and in the end Letecia abandoned the plan. It may have even contributed to her rage; Gannon didn't burn up in the fire and he didn't die from a drug overdose so I can only imagine how angry it would have made her, this evil woman who always wanted her way.
