What is with the Prosecution mentioning all these names like Jasmine, Harmony and Maria?!

So far I just don’t see the Defense convincing a Jury of DID.

Yes! I’m also very curious about that line of questioning! Prosecutors have asked that of AS, defendant’s younger brother, and HH. All deny that LS ever referred to herself as any of those names. Besides the names, prosecutors also asked them if LS was ever heard speaking Spanish, and all answered no. I’m wondering if we should expect an outburst en español, or what?!

I really don't get her lawyers one stares at his lap top all day the other one looks so bored that he's going to fall asleep it's just seems weird to me. I hope she doesn't get a appeal because of them. Jmoo

Seems to be some self-soothing thing she does.

A couple from Day 8. IIRC, the witness was discussing the possible blood stains on the cardboard box in the storage room.

Still talking about the home. Talking about holding the scene. They change the locks, disable the garage opener, etc.

Talking about difficulties presented by 'no body' homicides. It takes a lot more time and effort to show a magistrate enough for probable cause.

Talks about the evidence that can be found on the scene when a body is present. Bodily fluids, including blood mentioned.

Went to the home. Saw blood staining, blood patterning, within the room of Gannon on the wall of his room near where his bed was located. Also saw the staining under the bed and carpet where blood had pooled. Both were consistent with other murder scenes he had worked on.

Talking about all the information coming in not only from evidence and detectives but from 1K+ tips. Daily meetings to co ordinate and inform everyone working on the case.

Asking about LS. Was she co operating? Was she acting as a normal parent in a missing kid case? NO to both.

Did you have the chance to observe her? Yes, the interview plus media and social media.

Did you have any concern she was insane? No.

He thought she was cognisant of what she was doing and took specific steps to misdirect the investigation.

I'm not a doctor so I'm not qualified to say but if I could guess, I'd say that she has all of them.

something isn't right with her...I doubt these weird tics are new if so brought on by the stress of the trial or trying to act insane for the court.
I wish friends that knew her before would elaborate if she acted this odd.

Nothing new here.

She has to sit quietly which, as we know, is not her natural state.

But this is just T to a T.

Attention-seeking behavior.

She knows she gets a rise.

Positive or negative, no matter. She just needs it to be about her, always her and never about anybody but her.

After January 29th, and before February 7th, it is believed Ms. Stauch moved the body of Gannon taking it and dumping it in Florida. A higher bond should have been made, but the witness says you're assuming on January 29th we had enough evidence to arrest under Probable Cause. Witness says they did not have enough Probable Cause to arrest then on January 29th.​
