This story came out after Letecia said she needed to drop off some kids who were in the car. She didn’t want them to hear what she was saying. No car doors open, no kids are heard on the call.

Al reassures Leticia. I’m in believe Letecia mode, he says. Finally she gives him a story about her giving a pregnant woman a ride outside it’s the PetCo, only the woman isn’t pregnant. She has cash coming out of her belly. She claims the woman forced her to go to PetCo.

Why do you think she was so adamant on them not getting her DNA for the SA kit? she went as far as to shove tissues down there why? Surely they could easily get her DNA from other items, Do you guy's think there was a reason she specifialy went out of her way to avoid them getting it from down there? That part has always bugged me.

Gosh, if only we had known the investigator knew T had been on a pathway to violence, we would never have taken the case.

Yeah that's something i wonderd too, to me it made no sense for her to go out of her way to avoid DNA from down there, i can't think of any other logical reasons, I get just not wanting to go through with it at all and just walking out but stuffing tissues down there was an attempt to hide something. If there was nothing to be found there would be no need to start shouving tissues down there and peeing yourself intentionaly.

Is the defense jumping up and down because Grusing's testimony is too solid or T's is too damning?

Relating to the Pathway to Violence -- Judge is saying that the expert witness was trying to get her to talk, and so long as they didn't directly accuse her of killing Gannon it isn't giving inference that she's a serial killer or anything. Bring the Jury back in.​

So, Agent John Grusing also worked on the Dylan Redwine investigation. During testimony, jurors heard a call between Al and Letecia. There’s an argument as he wants her to share information and she want him to believe that she doesn’t do anything wrong.

They never found Dylan's body. I think they found his skull. His father was convicted of his murder. Also a Colorado case.

To sum it all up it was being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Letecia tells him. Grusing testified it appeared Letecia was trying to probe Al for information about the investigation. It appeared to be a calculated move on her part.

Defense is objecting to the witness? Something about expert testimony? Sounds like defense has a problem with whole idea of him giving expert testimony and opinion based on profiling? Mr Grusing has not been endorsed as an expert witness?

Defense saying they never got a report from him as an expert witness?

Prosecution is talking about how his CV was entered and fully included his experience and training and the prosecution intends to continue using that to show how he interviews her.

Judge is ordering him to stay away from the phrase pathway to violence. Other things are appropriate. Inappropriate to pull other cases in to support his tactics.

Defense is objecting to his giving an opinion on her sanity. Because of his background, they fear the jury will give more weight to his opinion.

Judge wants the questions about her sanity to be kept until the end.

Prosecution points out guessing who the jury will give more weight to is invading the province of the jury, which they have no right to do.

Also points out the video has been out in discovery for years, and that the defense has waited till now to object.

Defense says their primary problem is the 'pathway to violence' stuff.

Judge concludes he's given them a pathway forward.

She shoved tissues down there because she didn't want anything left behind that had her dna on it. She even refused giving up her coke can/bottle.

She's just dumb. She was also panicked. I think a lot of criminals get into the mindset of "If I can only stay free for 5 more minutes!" This is consistent with her dumb escape attempts as well.

Dumb + disordered thinking != insane, of course.
