I was having a new garbage disposal installed by the building's maintenance man, and he even installed a new pipe under the sink in the time it took Letecia to give birth to and introduce Angel.

I was really hoping for more info on "Cash Belly". Sorry for the punchy crazy laughter. You know how it is. At least I got a new disposal out of today, while Letecia still won't give up any real truth. Agent Grusing is fantastic. I loved his approach.

Be honest now... During her few 'alone' times, Was anyone secretly hoping for a handstand or two?

One's got garbage going into it, one's got garbage coming out.

This is what a wholesale lack of empathy looks like.

She tells herself it didn't happen. Doesn't go deeper. Doesn't care about the pain others are in. No regret, no remorse. Didn't happen.

Callous as hell.

I think it goes deeper. It's not just lack of empathy. Most people with no regret/remorse are not quite so disturbed in their thinking. She was callous, and to the point that she really got out of touch with what ordinary/normal people think.

The lack of empathy is deep in her, and it would be interesting to know if that came first (you are probably very right about that).

IMO>

“ God knows I didn’t hurt Gannon . And I’m okay with that “

Grusing: Well you can try and convince yourself of that all day.

“ Sir, that’s not helping me “

:D I felt pretty bad for Edjguardo and his heavily pockmarked face.

Think he probably also got stiffed on the carpet installation.
Don't feel bad for Edguardo, the $50 bucks he was out for the carpet was completely outweighed by the delights of the lovely enchantress Leticia and he was fortunate to be a figment. jmo ;)

Exactly!! Wanted to see a bad cop approach much much much earlier. This "I'm your friend, will get you resources, we'll talk off camera"...same Al approach that let in a host of fake people and stupid stories.
I think he made a small mistake in his oral evidence too. He described how he was bringing up Quincy Brown again to her because the injuries she'd talked about in the Tales of Quincy Brown were the closest to those revealed in the autopsy. However, the body hadn't yet been found (I expect he meant only to say that the Quincy Brown series of injuries were the most extensive ones)..
I think this may have been one reason for Mr Allan asking him later to clarify the dates of the interview and then the finding of the body. It got the defence lawyers having a bit of a discussion.

"Quotes a suicidal person might say" ???? That tells me that she isn't suicidal but wants someone to think she is. Isn't it interesting that she can't think of what someone who is suffering from a deep, dark depression might feel or say?

A psychopath is completely indifferent to people who are suffering—even when it’s a close friend or family member.
Sound familiar Letecia?
I think that this is actually where she got the thing of Gannon screaming 'I hate my life' from, in that version of the aftermath of the fire, but MOO.

Play.

LS is speaking super quiet, sorry, folks.

I think he's asking for a surname for Angel, a description? Sounds like she was a babysitter?

LS saying something about needing her phone for snapchat.

Witness: "I don't know if it's the way you're used to communicating, but when you're asked a question, you don't answer, you just go in a little circle."

LS sulking that he won't help her? Sorry, it's very hard to hear.

He says that what she's saying isn't verified by video? She's asking to see it so that she can 'show them'?

Now Angel's nephew is the friend Gannon was going to play with? We've come back to the 'Gannon went to play with someone'. Went with Angel to play with her nephew from the petco carpark?

Witness: "Do you know who tells the story from hereon out?"

LS: "I tried to get you to help."

He says that Angel is going to be just like QB.

He's saying the closest you came to telling the truth was talking about the head injury.

LS: "I'm not going to say anything else because you wouldn't help me."

LS: "I'm a parent, I would not hurt my child."

LS: "It's not a problem for me to take care of children. It's hurtful that you would say that."

He asks if he wants to walk her through where all the blood was found.

LS: "I know that I did not hurt Gannon. Would not. Did not."

He's talking about the extent of the blood, about her having to clean it up.

"Someone struck Gannon in the bed."

She laughs, says the only way that happens if they were all drugged. Says she's not going to talk any more because he thinks he has all the answers.

Pause.

No evidence Angel exists. Described Angel as looking a lot like herself.
And he was drugged

Gannon seemed to have trouble walking in the surveillance video. Is it possible that LS hit him in the head before stabbing/shooting him? Is it possible to be ambulatory, although with trouble, after a head injury?

Just trying to understand the evidence, but I keep coming back to why? and how?
Perhaps she zip tied his ankles (loose enough to walk a bit but not slip out of) so he couldn't escape when he was left alone in the truck.

All of Leticia's SODDI defense(s) were a joke. All the characters and multiple stories were inept at best. I cannot even begin to list all their names.

Todays witnesses added the now infamous pregnant money belly woman, Brenda and Amy? ( the Mexican Cartel restaurant launderers), and Angel of The Threesome. Last minute and thrown at the wall was Landen and Veronica. All female SODDI's. Funny that.

I was watching and heard RA mention that. The camera is controlled by the judge, and only the judge. The judge has mistakenly shown the jury briefly a couple of times. His bad. ETA I have been watching RA feed throughout the trial. Never saw the jury.

It's a glitch with when they reboot the system for whatever reasons they have to do that, IMO.

Naturally, the Judge is ultimately responsible, but I think he is trying very hard to make this what it should be (a public trial).

Most people did not see the jury, I think.

IMO.

Mark Redwine, Harold Henthorn, Krystal Kenney, and Scott Kimball would like a word. This man knows exactly what he’s doing. Just because someone doesn’t play ball, doesn’t mean the strategy is wrong. I saw lots of pivots and angles today.

Edit: I forgot about Barry Morphew, which just has to be his best work.
Never forget Barry. He’s going down one day!

I would have loved to see them walk away and lock her in a holding cell an hour into that sh**show. No way to spin, no way to casually talk about how she "loved" Gannon. All those hours of Al's conversations and they tried the same approach. He's a very effective agent, but may have produced more admissions if he had tried to be a d**k with a badge. JMO
She may well have just shut down at that point.

I love how she extends her words when she’s lying, and trying to figure out how to answer a question.
