Admitting his report into evidence.

It's a sixty page report, with a cover page and seven pages that summarise and break down the case and the methods used.

Talking about how all time zones have been 'normalised' to the local area of the device for ease of understanding.

Your phone doesn't always use the closest cell tower, but the one it sees as 'best'. It goes for the one that has a better signal and least obstructions to signal.

They also went out physically and measured signal strength from the towers in the areas.

Talking about sectors now, most cell towers have three, each facing a different direction.

(He's very happy with the pointer, we actually got a big grin and a pleased "aha!')

It's very dry information but he's explaining it well. He's got a good public speaking voice and he's engaging to listen to.

Explaining that calls drop out because of gaps in overlap or handover between coverage/towers.

Talking about what different companies provide. Sounds like AT&T is the only company that provides 'handover' information. All companies, however, provide them with data they can use for analysis.

We're onto the big data now. Everything is colour coded. Gannon's phone, red, LS's phones, blue, HH's phone, grey. Also includes vehicle tracking data from the Tiguan, cargo van, and Altima, and Life 360 data.

Talking about 'subscriber information' for each device, now. Gannon's phone, AT&T, AS. LS's phone 1, AT&T, AS. LS's phone 2, Verizon, Kylie Britt, prepaid. HH's phone, AT&T, AS.

Talking through the data sets for the cars, now.

Also, Life 360, Tecia Lynn, email account.

She looks like Uncle Fester's illegitimate love child. She definitely has his eyes!

RE: LH and Little Sis testifying, I agree that they don't need to. AS and HH covered everything for them.
If Little Sis did indeed witness something directly (for example, the events and injuries around the candle incident) and disclosed what she saw in an interview at that time, then I do think she would need to testify. I hope she doesn't need to but she might be the key to completely unraveling the deliberate actions of Letecia. I don't really see how the jury can say that she is a calculated liar and therefore guilty without knowing what the truth is. If so, I hope Little Sis is protected as much as possible in these situations. JMO. IANAL.

Where is the bailiff? Who would control the shock belt? From reading, It is a serious device. 50,000 volt shocks lasting 8 seconds at a time. I sure hope they tested it first :). 1682437228723.png

Back covering the #LeteciaStauchTrial today. FBI Special Agent Kevin Hoyland is the first witness to take the stand this morning.

Agent Hoyland is on the FBI Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST)

#LeteciaStauch present between her two attorneys in the court room.

Agent Hoyland was called upon to try to identify where Gannon was during his disappearance using cell phone data.

Letecia had phones affiliated with AT&T and Verizon that he analyzed

On the rented cargo van, every six hours gps would ping and give a location

He's going through the text messages leading up to Gannon's reported disappearance.

Getting moved to a developing story in Denver now. I will look back and catch up when I can.

First five days. Points of interest.

We're looking at a map with coloured dots all over it.

Jan 26, gets a text message at home, then travelling to GOTG. Supported by LS's phone, Tiguan, and Life 360. Around 2pm, I think they said? After four, they travel back home. 5:08pm left home briefly and came home, roughly 15 min. Supported by messages to HH saying she went out for food. No Tiguan data, so likely drove a different vehicle.

Life 360 data suggests that she was away from the home but close in the hour of 9. 10:18pm made an outgoing call.

HH's phone, 2:40pm, her phone places her in the vicinity of work. Was at home at 1:40. Two calls at 7:45ish. Clocked out of work after 10pm.

Morning Jan 27th. Both LS and HH's devices at home. One message from HH's device at 2ish. A lot of activity from LS's phone between 2ish-4ish. Message to work at 4:30. Photo of Gannon sent to AS at 8ish.

HH clocked into work after 8am.

(Please excuse the roughness of timings, I cannot keep up with all the numbers and I would rather be vague than wrong.)

AS's truck leaves home at 10:13. Message about not having her phone. Seen at Petco, didn't catch when. No Life 360 info because she left her phone at the home.
