I haven’t been able to really watch this trial live, but I have been keeping up at night.
I gotta say for those of you keeping the thread up-to-date and commenting — You guys rock!
Thank you so much for the insight and emotion y’all have brought. This defendant -this woman- is so awful and so vile! The phone calls with Gannon’s father we’re absolutely heartbreaking. Rarely have I heard such a cold and evil voice; her lies were so transparent and so obvious…. I can’t even imagine AS and his state of mind realizing his wife murdered his son.
Anyway, thank you for the work and comments on the thread…. Well done and - you folks are very appreciated!

I believe she is. I've seen a few same shirts being worn by her during trial. moo
Her lawyers supply her with her court clothes so they probably just brought in a few and she has to reuse them

Right so ,this lady's highlight or lowlight was which repeat shirt -she would get to =or have to wear today. We should see if we see a difference in her confidence based on the repeats and her courtroom acting. The costume matters ,girls ,it does.

Well ,this is interesting information . He probably should not have been on any medicine that would affect his appetite ,if he was premature and had digestive issues ,this choice on an rx seems like it may have been an wrong choice but who knows..
I'm guessing they meant LS was taking his medicine. Which I think at least sometimes she did. But basically all ADHD medicine that's a stimulant will suppress your appetite.

He can read me the dictionary. His voice is so soothing!

They should get him to present an Oscar "Watch your step as you come up to the podium" , who needs Colin Farrell? ;)

In July 2021 SA Grusing testified in the Redwine trial. I remember there were no videos or audio of his interviews with the Defendant.
He was asked why and he said back then it was not FBI policy to record them, but since then it is.

During the 5 week trial the Jurors asked a lot of questions of witnesses and even during deliberations.

Because Grusing’s report was not entered into evidence, they asked to see it and were denied, told to rely on their memory.

The Jury reached a unanimous Guilty verdict in less than a day.

After the verdict the jury questions were uploaded to the Court site with all other documents.

These are the only 2 during deliberations:

The others can be found here:

I’m so glad that FBI policy required LS interviews be recorded in 2020!

I guess , I was inferring that his digestive issues were noticed before his ADHD . And apply that inference with my own thoughts and experiences on my kids issues and in my mom brain ..things sound kinda wrong. Wrong med.. for that kid... so is this really about her drug habits?

[…]

Grusing said that Stauch would only describe Gannon’s characteristics, but wouldn’t describe the last memory since the memory was likely horrible.

Grusing said Stauch asking about the reward was an example of how she deflected blame during the interview. Stauch accused Grusing of “predetermining” that she killed Gannon and therefore, decided not to answer questions she said she had already answered.

“I cannot say anything else because you’ve predetermined..what you think…you’ve already done that,” Stauch told Grusing during the interview.

Grusing told her, “You should not care at all what I think,” while trying to redirect the conversation to where Gannon was.

Stauch and Grusing later had an off-camera discussion when the defendant suggested that Grusing should travel to North Carolina with her. When Grusing asked her if Gannon was there, Stauch didn’t answer.

Yes, and I can't wait until he testifies in Chaffee County after Morphew is recharged for murdering his wife!

Will there be rebuttal witnesses?

If you mean defense witnesses, yes, at least two.

I doubt that the State will do another round to rebut those witnesses - but maybe. On that we have to wait and see.

This defense hasn't shown much of their hand (such as it is, probably best to hide it as long as possible).

IMO

We're back in session.

Two more witnesses today, and possibly end trial day early.

Next witness: Sherrie Holes!

I was wondering if they will bring one of their Doctors back out to rebut Dr Lewis' testimony
