I wonder in which Canadian Mental Health institution Leticia was treated.

Considering that Canadians have a terrible time accessing mental health help, I find it interesting that’s an American has no problem getting into a Canadian mental health hospital.

Where oh where did Tee obtain mental health services in Canada I wonder?
At which Canadian institution was she treated?

The one she invented in her head.

For background, I believe Cook is referring to this case, where for-profit jail medical care provider, Wellpath (Mohr’s employer at the time) was sued for itsCovid outbreak mitigation.

Afternoon recess until 3:40 pm MT.

He's asking about her employment with Wellpath. He's saying her job was created for her because of suits against Wellpath.

He's asking about how things functioned at the jail under COVID. Objection, sustained.

He's asking about the COVID precautions she took while dealing with LS. She says she probably would have worn a mask. She can't remember when. He's asking about a COVID outbreak at the jail. Another objection for relevance. Sustained.

Asking about her 'personal notes' preparing for testimony. Asking about prosecution tactics. Objection, sustained.

Asking her now about the day Gannon's body being found. "Why was it significant she said she had never been to Florida?"

Ohh, judge, swift and fast brings it back to to the issue - DID. It was too fast for me to catch what he said, but he told them what was what and they listened.

And, we're on break.

Cook seems to think jails should provide boutique therapy experiences.

He is getting on my nerves. If I was on the jury I wouldn't be impressed with him at all, he isn't making any particularly relevant points, just trying to bamboozle the witness and confuse the jury. JMO

Hahahaha

Judge interjects, asking Cook to find a good breaking point within the next five minutes.

Now! We can do it now!

Cook couldn't stop faster if he tried.

I don't blane him.

He was going nowhere fast.

GAD ,Is a thing god blessed us with.
Pretty sure there is like a bible lesson somewhere about it even.
Anxiety is a tool we needed for survival . It is not a disability. Below quote seems mocking .
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Worrying may be something you are so used to, you may think it's just "how you are." Common worries include your health, money, family, or work.
I agree.
Fully.
I don't mean to go full boomer but I will anyway..
When I was a student nurse I had a placement in a psychiatric hospital for several months.
Patients had known and common disease labels with symptoms and with appropriate medication prescribed and administered and taken.
Seriously ill people who needed to be hospitalised for their own safety and protection.

GAD didn't feature in any of them.

I think maturity is managing our lives so our various neuroses don't get to run the whole show.

If I set myself up and do something dangerous, I WILL feel anxiety- afterwards.

Was that not around the time of the bomb scare? feb 2001?
What age was she in 2001?

i'm trying to link into court registry.com but browser very slow.

Defense implying there had to be two guards present when Dr. Mohr talked to Letecia, and Defense tried to say it was only through the space in the door. Dr. Mohr said not typically.

MOO thrown in here-- Defense is asking all sorts of questions about Dr. Mohr's current position treating sex offenders and pedophiles, which seems to have nothing to do with Letecia murdering her stepson or Letecia trying to fake DID which seemed to be Dr. Mohr's diagnosis -- faking it. Her employer and law suits and "litigation" connected to them, and her being hired in March 2022... Where is Defense going with this questioning?
I just got home from work; haven't followed all day. I'm sure there have been many witnesses on and I will have to catch up. But what's up with the hairdo today? This is kind of a bad 🤬🤬🤬 look.

Wait. What? Hold the phone. She brought a gun to Garden of the Gods????? She was not suicidal? We know what she was going to do. OMG.

JMO

Didn't she say she usually took a gun when hiking but did not take a gun to GOTG?

LS was volunteering all sorts of info to Dr Mohr -- how stressed she was leading up to GS vanishing and how she should have asked for help.

I think she was making excuses and victimizing herself. Note she won't admit to thinking/threatening suicide. MOO

Possibly via military health package? Guessing.

I don’t think so.

When was she ever in Canada?

She was in Alaska but as far as I know, neither she, nor Al, ever resided in Canada.

Happy to be corrected if I’m wrong.

It was pitiful that Defense was trying to smear the witness, Dr. Mohr a Clinical Psychologist, for her type of work with sex offenders and pedophiles in the prison where she currently is employed.

Questions by viewers -- Is Letecia's shirt on backwards today? RA says it may be as part of the act for today.

No Canadian stamps on her passport. Mexico, somewhere in the Caribbean I think? Not Canada.

Question: is it typical for someone to be diagnosed with GAD at age 16 and then prescribed medication for about 20 years without ever receiving therapy for the condition?
A couple of years ago my teenage son began experiencing anxiety and depression. We went to his GP to discuss it. She strongly recommended therapy, but gave him a prescription for Zoloft right away. We did get a therapist for him for a time, but he would have received the medication regardless. Teen suicide is such a huge concern these days that I think there's a desperation to nip depression in the bud with medication, as well as a bit of CYA for the docs. No doctor wants to see a kid who expresses feelings of depression, not do anything to immediately treat it, and then find out that the same kid has harmed himself.

Places don't always stamp passports.

About ten years ago, we traveled from the US to Canada (driving). They didn't stamp the passports. We asked if they could at least stamp the passports for the kids so they would have the stamp in their passport. Answer, "No." So, no stamps. Jme.
