Jury is in. Judge just used the words 'epic snowmageddon'. :D

Witness: Dr Jackie/Jacqui Grimmett.

Sounds Scottish? Irish? There's something vaguely Celtic in her voice.

I can hear Scottish for sure.

Is she laying her head down on the table?

Yeah, shes nowhere near as interested in this Dr's testimony as she was yesterdays. Doesnt seem to find this quite so funny!

Did anyone have Tupac on their bingo card o_O

Nope lol. I had seen the vampire nonsense in a letter she wrote to a reporter so that one didn't sneak up on me, but Tupac did :D

Honestly I feel guilty as heck for laughing because this is all just so heartbreaking and tragic, but wtf man... EGGuardo, uncle Matt, old Quincy B, belly full of cash, flight attendant with a PhD in everything on earth... A button in her cell which calls Jasper and the Volturi AND NOW TUPAC?!

I'm barely holding it together here
I'm thinking neither defence attorney is gonna want to use this case on their resume

Malingering
malingering as the intentional production of false or grossly exaggerated physical or psychological symptoms, motivated by external incentives such as avoiding military duty, avoiding work, obtaining financial compensation, evading criminal prosecution, or...

Again, defense has nothing to provide. Thus far, all basic info that a layperson knows. imo

I just knew the psych testimony was going to be really interesting but never in my wildest dreams did I expect this.

Dr. Grimmet said Stauch said she was impulsive all her life, was hyper, and would be manic for a few minutes to a few hours. Dr. Grimmett said she didn’t rule out anything at first.

Dr. Grimmett said Stauch mentioned two instances where she found herself in places where she hadn’t planned on being. Stauch also told her she had various personalities, and she named them.

“She named Taylor, Tecia, Jasmine, and I believe Jasper,” said Dr. Grimmet, when testifying about the different personalities Letecia Stauch claimed she had.

At end of court yesterday, defense made a big issue of Leticia's statement to psychologist that she never went to Florida after being told Gannon's body was discovered. Interested to see how this issue develops.
I'd love to know where it's going, considering the testimony of the nephew who helped her vehicle load; Spencer Wilson who just interviewed her; HH riding pillion all the way; and the discovery of the body… At some point, isn’t somebody going to ask and or allude to the fact that timid little cowed Harley could never in 1 million billion years be considered the mastermind or kingpin of the 'going to Florida' plot??

If not Lieticia, then who?

He is doing the same thing as Mr Cook did yesterday, albeit without the rude attitude and the tantrum, he is just talking in circles but he hasn't asked anything specific to Letecia and her evaluation. He is also not allowing her to sufficiently answer his questions.

I find it quite striking her own defense cannot even consistantly pronounce the name Stauch.
It's not even a hard name to pronounce, once you know how to say it.
It's just weird.

Poor Mr. Tolini Cook.

We had a brilliant, factual, concise examination of Grimmet by the prosecution, and here comes the defense trying to confuse the jurors with rambling statements that he expects the expert to follow.

Gotta give the guy an 'E' for effort....

MOO

I... ahem... guess THIS is her 'ace in the hole', lol?!?

MPD???

...er, if you're dumb enough to refer to it on the literal record, and call it “an ace in the hole', doesn’t this shriek, 'I am a manipulator using this for a fake tactic'??
