Are they still talking with the Judge??

Question 1. Asking about using I pronouns for something another personality did. Witness says 'i don't think so'.
Question 2. Asking about the clock test. Why would the same test be given. She says that they were give two years apart. Also talks about how the clock test wasn't the only test given multiple times. Hoe there is benefit because thing might have changed over time.
Question 3. If you believe everything the defendant said in her story, would you diagnose her with DID? Witness says not. That the stories LS gave implied a level of control inconsistent with the diagnosis.

Defense still tried to shoehorn Maria in there. Nice try, but no doughnut.

Jury get the long instruction.

I bet they are laughing about the clock drawing question. I know I’m chuckling a bit about it. It’s not relevant to insanity, but rather to brain injury. Kind of beating a dead horse, as I think it was asked and answered previously. Poor jury is probably cross-eyed by now.

Are you implying Maria did not draw that clock for Dr. Lewis?

Who is left for the state?

well, i turned it on when it started and I have to say that I didn't hear a single word of what was said.
My brain turned all sound into murmurings..
I didn't plan it.

Anybody else want to clock her?

I'm so glad we're done. For the day. For the week.

I'm done in.

@10ofRods -- Tolini is citing my earlier posted stats about DID (from NIH reference) and Dr. Torres responding she read that (i.e., typically treated up to 12 yrs before DID diagnosed). Neither cites the percentage of DID except that it's rare.

Also, I have a new theory about (and predict more) the rising estimate of the global population diagnosed with DID cited: global internet access coupled with a "woke" group to champion the protection of any claim whether supported by science or not! Overnight, I was shocked at the number of YT devoted to DID. o_O

Get the right sponsor (social media/Celebrity) to endorse the idea and expect an increase of in the number of persons suddenly claiming to have DID. Come ride the wave and don't you dare question me or my diagnosis-- all under the guise of protection of civil rights. [I very much agree with Dr. Grimmlett's opinion about the DSM-V being political, and criteria subject to influence].

Unfortunately, there are just as many Zoom therapists and doctors to stamp that the patient meets two criteria and therefore is diagnosed DID. In other words, anybody can buy a diagnosis today.

And we can credit COVID-19 global pandemic for the rise in the mass number of virtual businesses including professionals working out their basements! Similar to Court, virtual professional practices would have never been acceptable prior to COVID-19. MOO

Does anyone else think it's weird that the prosecution seem to be skirting around naming their final witness? They have mentioned by name every other witness, why don't they want us to know who it is?.

Oh, just heard there will be rebuttal witnesses!

Is that you Maria? :D

Monday is (the State's) final witness, didn't say the name, and it'll probably or maybe be the whole day, but we'll know more by lunchtime that day. Judge is discussing future Closing Arguments, Jury deliberations, the families of the victim, etc., and how to manage crowd control. Discussion Done! Court will be in Recess for the Weekend.

I feel like it will be little L.

I might have dreamed this, but I seem to have a vague memory of the defence having hinted that Dr Lewis was going to talk about a head injury LS had suffered. Or I might be mixing it up with something I've read about Dr Lewis frequently bringing head injuries into the equation as causative of DID.

I think it could be Dr. Grey. And they will introduce more of Little L's forensic interviews through him.

I think there's a strong chance, however, that their final witness will be none other than LH.

And that will, once and for all, sink T's ship and all her made-up people on it.

The sound was so bad. I missed so much. RA channel says:

Maria said it was "time to kill" and Maria aimed for the head to make it fast. Laina there wanting to help carry upstairs to take Gannon to the hospital.

Nobody on the RA channel heard what Letecia blurted out the "No!" about that Dr. Torres said.

After 10 minutes of echo and bad audio, I had to take the day off for self-preservation. I trust one of the YTubers will work overnight to clean up and enhance the sound!

I'm surprised that Letecia didn't throw up today. She let an opportunity pass her by. Was it a lie that she didn't feel well just to get a trash can and a big roll of paper towels near her to feel important? Sorry, but I expected vomit today.

So, I have a question. Since Mr Tolini so helpfully suggested that Dr's Torres and Gray (flashbacks to when Greys anatomy was still one of the best shows on TV!) didn't spend anywhere near enough time with the evil one to be able to identify DID, as it takes between *however many years they said because I wasn't listening*, how is he then expecting the jury to believe Dr Lewis correctly diagnosed it over the two days she spent interviewing LS?, didn't he just poke holes all through his own defence strategy or am I missing something?.

Prolly just a passing bout of morning sickness from another made-up pregnancy.

I just realized that the Russian Maria character must have been T's version of the character Villianelle, of the Killing Eve series.
She somehow became a much loved and admired villain in the series. Sounds about right?

These were good questions. And she gave good solid answers.
