Kevin Clark is the Director of Crime Strategies and Intelligence for the 4th Judicial District. He compiled all of the state's evidence into these timelines and has been involved with this case since the very early days of the investigation. And a big part of what he's being asked on the stand is... "does this correlate with the same information that (so-and-so) testified to during this trial?" His presence in court was essentially required for the nature of his testimony.
It may be fine for him to be there but I was surprised people who seem to strenuously object to a witness seeing new info before testifying didn't object to him hearing all the testimony. But while it may be ok for him to be there, I'm not sure why he had to be there all along. He easily could be asked "X said Y when he testified. Does that correlate with..." without being in court to hear X testify. Perhaps there are other reasons he needed to be there.

I'm also not sure he's only testifying to "facts" not "opinions" as has been argued in other posts. (Often facts are those things we agree with and opinions are things we don't!) But didn't he say something about not seeing different personalities in L's texts? If so, that was expressing an opinion.

Although I can't recall at which point it was mentioned, it was definitely stated what it is about his position that means he was able to sit in court throughout the case. A precise term was used, but I think it is basically that he is with the DA's office and his role means knowing about all the evidence which has been obtained, and the testimony of all the prosecution witnesses.
I need you to remember the term!!
Like a witness that is permitted to see evidence in its entirety ,and court testimony includes that. I heard of it ...but ..we need legalize!!

6:35 am text from Letecia to Landen saying she’s heading out with neighbor searchers.

Landen responds “Find my baby please.”

Evidence shows lying Letecia did not go out to search; in fact Tiguan backs into garage and door closes.

So heartless, I can only imagine the depth of hatred Letecia felt towards Landen to not only murder her child but to toy with her with made up stories.
I hope, in life, there is some kind of punishment, for hurtful, deliberate LIES, such as these to Landen, others implicating innocent young children etc.
I hope the Judge, states these adding perjury to her life in prison, never to be released, by harming others due to lies.

"Gannon's phone is no longer on the timeline" :(

People offered their canines to help search for Gannon. Letecia said she had to check with her husband first, and would get back to them. Letecia never got back to them. I think they offered the canines for the search, but it probably made Letecia nervous. Of course, she wouldn't want canines anywhere near the property, sniffing out what she had done. They would've hit on something. Letecia didn't want that to happen.

Do we know why she was so focused on finding his Switch?

My heart just absolutely breaks for LH and Al. Their loss is insurmountable, immeasurable.

Do we know why she was so focused on finding his Switch?
I think she wanted to know if it was trackable, and didn't want to throw it away with his remains or other evidence if there was any chance of that happening.

Aha, she was deciding what he was going to take with him when he “ran away”.

She had already told lies saying Gannon had his switch when it turned out the switch was always at the house.

I think it was advisory witness. A tiny difference in spelling, but big difference in meaning. :)

I would think T would have portrayed a mixture of verbal diarrhea (90%) animation (5%) and self pity (5%) to her doctor. She was probably chomping at the bit to say something, anything, to anyone by now. She’s had to keep mouth shut for so long. I doubt Dr. was able to say much. Wouldn’t T indeed have learned a few things listening to Prosecution that she handled wrong and wants to revise her version so Dr. remembers correctly?
