BAM!!!!!!!!!
I want to see her disqualified.
It certainly feels like she should be disqualified. Although I hate the idea of a mistrial after all of this. But if she testifies, the jury has no idea this breach has transpired. And that bothers me!

Even in the moment when Gannon is just declared missing, when the police are in the house, all her messages convey is her irritation at being asked completely normal questions that are asked whenever a kid goes missing. Nothing about worry or concern, nothing about wanting to do anything to help. Just nothing.

AS when the text was read “ omg dental records are for I.D. “

LH’s Aunt passed him a box of tissues.

No burns on the couch, just dripped wax, per the witness.
And she burned him with an instrument of some sort similar to a torch. Lying witch.

Is it possible that Dr. Lewis has watched some of the interviews with L. and listened as she explained how she "created" all these different personalities? Is it possible that as a result, Dr. Lewis realized that her original diagnosis was wrong, or could be wrong, and so requested a face to face? Or maybe she realized how she could no longer be the witness the Defense expected her to be? And the Defense set up the meeting to reassure her? I find it an appalling thought that a professional like Dr. Lewis would actually scheme with a Defense team to make a guilty person seem insane when and if she believed she wasn't really insane.

He's been sat in there the whole trial too so you can just imagine what he's wanting to really say
Hmm. Are we not worried about his testimony being affected by what he's heard in court the past few weeks? (I'm not but is it typical for witnesses to hang out in court then testify?) And since some are so worried about Dr. L being influenced by LS... Should we worry about other witnesses too?

Within hours of brutally killing Gannon in a sustained attack, she wants Al to play relationship with her.

No DID.

Just the unbridled desperation of a hate-filled human being.

This is SO hard to listen to. It may be terrible, but I hope she suffers every day for the rest of her life. Poor LH, AS, and family.

The gist of it-- Albert responds to Letecia's complaints, "Gannon is missing and you're worried about what people think about you?" I was just telling my feelings, says Letecia. I was having chest pains.

Then, a real long BS whining from Letecia and fake worry about Gannon. She's laying a guilt trip on Albert, mentioning the Kobe Bryant plane crash, guilt tripping Albert. (Mentioning a fake Gannon doctor visit.) Jurors are aware though that Letecia is guilty of killing her stepson, so this is probably pissing them off too.

I need legalize here...
So if they do not allow her ,it runs a risk of a conviction being over turned ? And if they do allow her it creates a possibility for a mistrial ..because of improper court procedure ? Often the slant is gifted to the defendant on the improper court procedure depending on ...yadda yadda..

It was mentioned earlier when he got on the stand that for reason I can't remember right now so will have to check, that he was in the court room throughout trial. It isn't usual practice for a witness to sit in court BEFORE their testimony but it was clearly stated so he must have had specific reason to be able to.

Also, all he is doing is reading actual facts that are already entered as exhibits, what he's saying isn't an opinion, it's tangible fact.

I was wondering about this too. Has he really been sitting in the courtroom the whole time? I was once a character witness for the defendant in a criminal trial. I had to sit outside the court room for the entire time until I was called and only allowed to sit in the courtroom once I was dismissed as a witness. I thought this was standard, but maybe not.

Re Dr. Lewis: I think the defense probably met with Dr. L over the weekend to prepare for her testimony and quickly realized how RIDICULOUSLY unprepared she sounded, and so they scrambled to get her into see LS. I think it's a super sneaky move.

So there was no embellishment of the fire at all to get Al to come home. So did she really want him back or did she want to hurt him.

This witness is not qualified to have an opinion on T's sanity, sadly.

And if it is true that the State was not allowed to send their own expert to interview LS, that is consistent with Colorado's system that it is the State that must prove sanity (without the testimony or cooperation of the defendant, who does not have to incriminate herself).

Dr Lewis has an advantage over the State's experts, even without last night's shenanigans.

The one advantage on the State's side is that the DoC experts found T. competent to stand trial and then found her sane.

The Jury will have to choose a lane (or be divided into two lanes).

IMO.

Omg T is leaving the house to go see if people are looking for Gannon.

And not to look for Gannon.

Sane. Obsessed with what people think of her, especially Al.

Thankfully she wasn't bright enough to edit her thoughts. All T, all self-absorbed.

GUILTY AS SIN.
