Yep, something’s gotta be said about their disgustingly inappropriate behaviour. It’s distracting and offending prosecution.

It's very offending to the jury. These people have come to this court every day of the trial and paid attention and put their daily routine on hold for the sake of justice and a fair trial. The behavior coming from the defendant and her lawyer is a slap in the face to everyone in that court. If I were the judge, I would remove his laptop and phone for the remainder of the trial and fine him $5K.
