So Dr Lewis hasn't mentioned this supposed concussion in any of her entered reports and it was just brought up when she visited last night, so the judge isn't allowing it in court tomorrow?

They're reaching so far I can tickle their grubby fingers from here in England

Jury dismissed for the evening. Tomorrow a fast witness Niderhausen, not sure how it's spelled, that shouldn't take long, and then Dr. Lewis.

Now, there's a discussion on Dr. Lewis seeing Letecia for three hours yesterday, and Prosecution does not want that to come into her testimony. She will not be allowed to talk about it, most likely. Show the Judge the source in her report that she references that Dr. Lewis knew about the softball injury Letecia had at one time, sustained a concussion and had her teeth knocked out, and that Dr. Lewis thinks it has relevance to this case. Judge says show him a source from Dr. Lewis noting it in her prior report.

1682981573590.png Judge at the very end told Letecia that witness testimony may be
over tomorrow or soon and he may be asking her very soon whether she is going to testify in her own behalf. (Wow, we may be in Jury Deliberation tomorrow night?!!)

Remember what I said about having a theory and disregarding whatever didn't fit? DID wasn't working out for them, so they're trying to change tracks to get TBI/CTE in as an excuse when the trial is literally about to end. Lewis was willing to entertain it because she has testified about brain injury in NGRI cases in the past.

It's despicable, the whole business.

They're going to try to work it in somehow, mark my words.

MOO

I REALLY want to know what the judge said to them, and why the deputy (was that the title I heard?) was called up as well.
The RA stream said the judge pointed to LS once while talking.

If the jury takes more than an hour and a half, I’ll be mad.

I can't believe Mr. Cook and LS were not admonished for that atrocious behavior. Between LS sopping up her own blood from her shoulder/neck and the giggling, maybe she IS insane. (Kidding)

Holy heck. LS was contemplating plastic surgery and a fake passport - ala Kaitlin Armstrong
And the search for whether somebody wants to go to prison -- a la surrogate inmate for LS!!

She's toast -- no need for Dr. Lewis to enter the room. Just sayin...

Soooo are LS and Mr Cook a couple?

The jury will find her guilty and they will be happy to go home. They have to be hoping they never hear her voice again.

It's one thing to represent a defendant and uphold the right to a fair trial and rigorous defense, but this? Today? Egregious.
