Soooo are LS and Mr Cook a couple?
I think their excitement is premature.

Recovery Addict went back to try to capture some of what Letecia was doing today.

She had a Post-It notes moment. Then, she picked at her neck and it looked like she might've bled, and maybe that was why I thought her stuff tissue in her blouse.

She definitely said something. You could see her lipping a message. They think it was Happy Birthday Harley. (today's her birthday they're saying)

When did HH learn that her mom was weighing moving to Florida by herself?

When she was dabbing whatever with Kleenex she started singing or mouthing February 4th, February 4th as the witness was saying it. Bizarre.
Also making heart hands.

Highly unprofessional and I think we might be good to assume the judge will have something to say about it.
Anyway, I certainly hope so.
What do we expect? That same lawyer has spent most of the trial rocking in his chair, holding his head up with his hands like it’s a bag of concrete and giggling with his client. Real professional he is…

Was Dr. Lewis still seated in the gallery when Judge Werner was noting his requirements to allow her to discuss or opine about LS's softball head injury that knocked out LS's teeth?

ETA: I believe she's seated between her assistant and her son (that transcribes the doctor's longhand notes for her since she does not use a computer and he can read her writing). JMO per the documentary.

Oh wow, we thought LS was lip-sync singing. Maybe LS was singing Happy Birthday.

So….the message to Al about T forgetting her phone while driving Gannon around was actually sent while she was still at home?? Juror question I think…

They tend to like to wait because of two things, they don’t want it to seem too soon, and why the heck not get your free lunch. If it takes that long I’ll be mad though.

I feel like I didn't hibernate half the weekend.

That witness and his testimony did such a good job of bringing everything together and making sense of it, but that drama at the end was just so exhausting.

I am so, so tired of this person getting off on having murdered a kid, and getting off on the pain and heartbreak that she has and still is inflicting on the family, and getting off on the fact that the trial revolves around her.

I just want her to disappear like the nobody she is.

Yeah, there was a time gap, too. I noticed it at the time. They don't actually leave the driveway for at least, I think, ten minutes after that was sent? But I don't have a link to that moment, and I didn't write a post about it, so I'd want to relisten to that bit to be sure. Please, if anyone heard that part and it wasn't what I thought, correct me.

I think it's going to be a maximum of two hours, but I don't have the trial experience a lot of you folks have.

Jury dismissed for the evening. Tomorrow a fast witness Niderhausen, not sure how it's spelled, that shouldn't take long, and then Dr. Lewis.

Now, there's a discussion on Dr. Lewis seeing Letecia for three hours yesterday, and Prosecution does not want that to come into her testimony. She will not be allowed to talk about it, most likely. Show the Judge the source in her report that she references that Dr. Lewis knew about the softball injury Letecia had at one time, sustained a concussion and had her teeth knocked out, and that Dr. Lewis thinks it has relevance to this case. Judge says show him a source from Dr. Lewis noting it in her prior report.

View attachment 418687 Judge at the very end told Letecia that witness testimony may be
over tomorrow or soon and he may be asking her very soon whether she is going to testify in her own behalf. (Wow, we may be in Jury Deliberation tomorrow night?!!)

Court in Recess for the Evening. Back tomorrow.
I bet the judge had his law clerk(s) review Dr. Lewis’ document with a fine-tooth comb.
