Witness is not allowed to discuss this case with anyone between end of day and beginning of her testimony tomorrow.

Dr Lewis is arguing it, I think? Judge reaffirms she can talk about logistics of getting to the courthouse, but not about the case.

She took T's word with, it looks like, no corroborating information from family. Of which surely AS would be an important one.

The issue imo is that she just parrots what LS says. She’s not taking a critical approach as a professional and evaluating the statements or actions of LS. Basically LS said my name is x and x and x and x made me do it! AS is bad! Life sucks! Nothing’s my fault! And dr L takes her words as gospel.

She’s not qualified and I’m surprised there was not an objection.
She clearly has been taken in by LS and her web of deceit.
That makes her a tainted witness, IMO.

After the Jury left, I hear Dr. Lewis say on mic, "What do you think of that? He Lied." I think she was talking to Defense about the Prosecution going hard on her.

IMO, this NGRI defense is as good as roadkill.

I've previously noted how the Judge was prepared with his own list/timeline at the last status hearing -- when the defense still couldn't understand and/or explain why they had not received Dr. Lewis's report, now only days before the scheduled Trial, and Judge Werner noted the Court previously approved (months earlier) the defense Motion requesting an MRI, yet it was never completed.

It follows if the defense really wanted LS to also have an EEG, they wouldn't have withdrawn the defense Motion for Dr. Lewis's appearance to explain why the EEG was required.

And now it's questionable who actually prepared the Court Ordered report allegedly by Dr. Lewis, remitted no later than MARCH 6, 2023!!

There's definitely a case re insanity in this Shizssshow...just not in any way, shape or form regarding LS. . . .

T did not look happy with the Dr. likely due to the fact the Doc did not make her the focus. I wonder if T will take the stand now. It is her decision in the end and was to be based on the testimony we just heard.

What did I just witness? I have to go back and read all of this. I NEVER expected it to go THAT bad. That was totally off the rails. Is Leticia going to think "I HAVE to testify, I'm the only one who can fix this!"?? You know that's how she is. She REALLY thinks she's a great liar. She has no awareness of how transparent she is. She's probably going to testify. And we know she HATES being controlled or tokd what to do. So if her lawyers advise against it, she's going to do JUST to show she can.
