Good morning! Today, the prosecution will rest its case, and the defense will present its two witnesses: Dr Ronda Niederhauser and Dr Dorothy Otnow Lewis. No idea if they'll get through both today, or if Dr Lewis's testimony will stretch into Wednesday, so we'll just wait and see.

I really wonder if yesterday's display was to be a distraction from the timeline evidence, their behavior was disrespectful and disgusting this is a murder trial for a little boy. I thought the chummy, giggling behavior between LS and her lawyer Mr Cook yesterday was shocking. However, I think that exchange was planned in advance and intended as a distraction from LS' even more appalling Google searches. Their behavior clearly is inappropriate. I wonder if Judge will raise the subject this morning.

IIRC defense said Dr. Lewis probably wouldn't be on the stand until the afternoon, at the earliest, so I think she will still be there on Wednesday.

I think judge should address LS and Mr. Cook behavior on the record, out of presence of jury. He should also put on the record LS mouthing Happy Birthday, etc. In addition, I'd like to hear judge address Dr. Lewis' visit to LS two days ago.
