One jury question.

Did you or the defendant set the second appointment? The witness did. The appointment would have been made at the end of the first appointment. It's part of her routine to check up on people, to make sure everything is going well, was not made because the witness had unusual concerns about the patient.

Dr Lewis is not available until 1pm, so the jury are getting a long break.

No Dr. Lewis until 1:00! I thought she was in town! WTH?

She is gross....

Wait. Hold up. The defense has two witnesses and has a scheduling issue? Geez.

Maybe plan more, giggle less.

Ooh ooh ooh....the big question.....will she take the stand?

Oh bless this woman though. She's been pulled up here to testify for the defense of an absolute rat to explain how she recommended antihistamines and a sick note for work.

This is ridiculous
True. I jumped on her upthread, but you are right, she’s in a tough spot.

Judge is talking to LS now, asking her the questions that I think will lead to us finding out if she's going to testify.

Doesn't sound like she's decided, yet. They're going to wait until after Dr Lewis.

Third time her rights are being read about her right to testify.

Oh wow - she may testify?!

Seen her not deciding yet, holding onto that teeny bit of power she still has over something

Horrible hag

We learned yesterday she has STDs. So he might want to scootch over even farther.

He DOES use a lot of hand gel!

No Dr. Lewis until 1:00! I thought she was in town! WTH?

She is probably still recovering from yesterday's google revelations and wondering how the feck she can get out of this with her reputation intact.

Maybe Dr. Lewis wants to bow out?

Thank you! I couldn't hear what he said. They've known this is coming, why haven't they discussed it and decided yet? *eyeroll*
