The defense said yesterday she's not scheduled until 1:30 pm.

I thought that was for yesterday? They had her prepped for 1.30 and they were debating her shady move and what to do about it, and Mr Allen said they were putting the cart before the horse because Mr Clark was probably going to go way into the afternoon anyway.

As someone who sustained a severe concussion many years ago, I would like to testify that I have never, not once, acted like Letecia. So she can store that excuse with all her others.

(Yes, I do recognise TBIs and repeated concussions can cause significant behavioural changes and long term damage, but that's not the case here)

It took 14 months and a Court Order to get her 6 page report.

( Yesterday the Judge said it’s a 7 page report but page 7 is just her signature)

Nope re-listened to double-check. Defense said she wasn't scheduled until 1:30 and so they were going to discuss it today and jury could come back off lunch recess at 1:45 so they could go over it.
