A bit of reading for anyone who wants to hear about the woman Dr Lewis discussed on Crazy, Not Insane. Coincidentally also a master manipulator of the worst kind. This woman faked having an alter to terrorise and abuse children, (not just any alter but the actual Billy Joel) ultimately leading to the torture and murder of a child. Not exactly light reading so a bit of forewarning. Just gives insight into the type of person Dr Lewis will insist has DID.
