In the meantime-- I made my own California Rolls just now. I rolled imitation Crab and thin Celery sticks in the middle and sprinkled Toasted Sesame Seeds on the outside. You have to add 1 tbs.+ of Rice Vinegar to the rice. I rolled it up in waxed paper and am chilling it before cutting it.
