I cant recall when it was first mentioned but when LS had stated to AS that GS had soiled himself (I'm choosing to use more polite wording than LS out of respect to GS) and then later stated he was bleeding from his rectum(again, using more polite wording), I wondered if she hadn't administered an enema and was rough, or violent, about it. Bleeding from the rectum, enough that LS would state it to AS, is not normal.
