When is this video from?
Sunday?
Can’t be, Sunday wasn’t recorded which is why that testimony isn’t allowed too

Eta I think they said it was November 22 - not sure if 22 is the day or the year 2022 ?

It is abstract. Right and wrong do not have a physical presence out in the world. They are universal human concepts that we hold inside our minds. And not only that, but many other mammalian species also have a concept of right and wrong. They too are able to abstract.

Labeling behavior is also an abstract operation of the mind. Dr. Lewis's entire career (and this would be true of many scientists and doctors) involves the use of abstractions. Such as the concept of "mind" or "psyche" or the concepts held true inside psychiatry (where of course there is much debate over whose abstractions are correct).

So, Dr Lewis should be comfortable using "abstractions" as well known and universal as right and wrong.

IMO.
Questioning whether she knows that she breaks the rules of our society is maybe more concrete? Doesn't the context make it less abstract? I'm curious about where her mind is at - whether she is deliberately being evasive or if she is just not capable of being more discrete? She doesn't seem to judge anything unlike other people in her general field. (Not arguing - I'm not in the social sciences so trying to figure this out.)

OMG, carry her over to a better seat, get her some tea, a comfy blanket and let's get to it!

Especially in the field of psychology! The concept of right vs. wrong is literally directly related to criminal psychopathology. Such a strange statement.
(IMO)

I think this was when she asked and they had to move her wheelchair so Dr. Lewis could see.

So Lewis is LS intelligent or stupidity? Can't have it both ways.
Lol!!
This is where her logic takes wings and flies to the belfry. T is smart. Those actions were stupid. Therefore T is a smart host and her Russian identity is stupid.

Total confirmation bias. No method, no test, no evaluation of any kind.

Based solely on T's self report? Lord.

Enough!

We need to petition for her documentary removed from HBO or aired with a HUGE disclaimer. She should not be influencing viewers as an expert. Her performance in this courtroom from start to finish is rubbish. JMO
BAM!!!
I couldn't agree more!

I need tea and a blanket too.
Especially if we are going to hear the entire 14 hour evaluation.

I think it was Dorothy smoking the wacky tobacky in the stairwell.

Lewis' whole opinion rests on the premise that Leticia is an intelligent woman, therefore if she committed stupid violent actions, she had to be irrational and psychotic at the time. All the times she made up stupid, ridiculous lies or excuses for her behaviour were 'evidence' of insanity.

.....WTF???
