Young literally asking for the receipts on a statement that LS asked to be called Maria as a child. She's claiming not to be able to find it in her notes. She offers to find it for them 'later'. Mr Young basically says 'I'll wait'. She's found it. He has to talk her through how she is allowed to refresh her memory through notes. Mr Young is calling her out on the fact that she has not turned over all her notes to discovery. That she 'came upon it last night'. Mr Young is implying she fabricated it to support her diagnosis.
