I have reached the pinnacle of feeling nothing but contempt for this witness.

Clearly, Dr. Lewis does not know the definition of the law in CO, or as I suspect, was not informed nor able to concentrate on the stand.
All she seems to have reviewed is her past history.

Thank you @Love Never Fails for your kind words. It's unfortunate that Dr. Lewis was so ill-prepared to testify this week in Court as an expert but this was going on from the beginning. Had she prepared a proper report, she could ask to see her report (already in evidence) to refresh her memory or even read from it but not only was her report several months late, the content didn't even include the legal definition of insanity!
