Someone pour me a drink
I'm sorry but you'll have to get another one. I drank yours.

There is no evidence to support an insanity diagnosis. None!

Her biggest problem is everything the witch told her is BIBLE, everything else is baloney, I can't remember, I don't know, who cares?

MOO but this 'expert' doesn't seem to recall much. She seems to contradict herself at times too. Glad they went to break, I was starting to yell at the TV! This is it folks, justice for Gannon!!

So she wants to use the results of the clock test when she thinks it helps her case by claiming TS does it differently using both hands, but then proceeds to say she isn't actually an expert in them? And then has no clue TS has done this test previously.

And she thinks that makes her seem legit and credible??

"It is a puzzle to me and I don't pretend to be an expert in interpreting this." Dr. Lewis referencing to the clock tests she had Letecia do. She says she did one badly and the other much better using different hands.

This is a clusterfunk of a defense strategy.

And to think some of us here were worried about Dr Lewis' testimony swaying the jury.......

I was worried. Now, I think she's helping the State. She is so full of "I don't know's" and "I don't remember's." She thinks some of T's behaviors are "whacky" and she is "puzzled."

"For all we know, the person (T) could have felt threatened."

Dr Lewis doesn't know enough about the case to form an opinion. Doesn't remember the crime scene pictures very well. She "doesn't know" what was going through T's mind. T loved Gannon, though.

IMO.

Unless the prosecutor can find a “gotcha” moment and stop, this crazy woman will testify all week. She’s making over $300 an hour and she will just keep arguing. I’m sure the jury wants to say “Enough”!

I’m guessing that if the Defendant takes the stand, the Jurors won’t be allowed to submit questions for her like they can with other witnesses??

Can you imagine! what they would ask !

JMO
A defendant is supposed to be treated like any other sworn witness if they decide to testify so if the jurors are allowed to submit questions here, good that the Judge gets to screen them where most would likely be rejected!

350. the 50 is important to her.

She wants to testify.
I think so. At this point what harm could it do? I don't think she really WANTS to, but does she want to go to prison knowing she didn't even give it a shot?

I'm actually disgusted by this witness.
Shameful, and full of herself and her pet opinions.
And, for hire, to boot.
Me too. I'm actually repulsed, like in a dog mess on my shoe kind of way.

She also said she did it multiple times in a row and LS 'got better at it'. I think if anyone is given the same test multiple times in a row, they'll improve, especially if you're cuing them each time as to what you're looking for.

MOO
