Judge talking to her about timeliness again.

Calls the witness on asking leading questions.

The witness refuses to acknowledge that asking leading questions could be problematic or that talking about potential ideas about defendant's mental state at the time of the offense in front of them could contaminate their selfreport.

We're going on break.

"Is there anything I can do to make sure you get here on time, at 1:20?" Judge is being far more diplomatic to the witness than I would be.

Jury Dismissed for a Lunch Break Recess

Once Jury is out of the courtroom, the Judge asks Dr. Lewis if she's feeling okay now. He wants to make sure she gets back at 1:20 from the Lunch Break.

I’m a bit confused.

Wasn’t LS saying it would be kidnapping to take Gannon to the east coast?
But I’m also hearing that Gannon expressed wanting to be with his bio mom rather than stepmom.

So which was it? Gannon wanted to go with LS, or wanted to go back to LH?

A well deserved little spanking about being on time!! Hahaha! This may be her last time serving as an " expert " witness!

Dr L getting called out on her chronic tardiness!

I mean ,she wasnt feeling good ,I hope it is a goal make to it though lunch. She has aged from 82 to 85 over the last 2 days.

Gannon probably wanted to go to LH rather than be left alone with Letecia. That would have further angered her.

I hope this was not after she injuried him and it was his dying wish .

I'm watching Recovery Addict on youtube. I can hear better on there than on Law & Crime.
Recovery Addict definitely has the best audio! MOO

And there you have it.

IMO T probably punched G for saying he wanted to be with his mom.

Full stop.

So T was going to do just that. In a body bag. Green, with a broken handle.

Wicked stepmother. Just a corrupt human being, devoid of heart.

Is it a possible stresser for a step-mom when a child says he wants to be with his mother?

Every mother and step mother in the universe: absolutely

Dr. Lewis: I can't say.
That one struck me as resembling one of those 'deception indicator' questions from a polygraph or personality test. A person being honest will say yes. A person trying to appear virtuous or being deceptive says no.

I think that’s probably as close to the truth as we’re likely to get

Just noticed the News breaking alert on bottom of the screen about a mass shooting in Atlanta. I'm watching on iCkEdMel on youtube

Another one?

Could not make out what was being said on the video conversation, and many are saying the same thing. After the lunch recess the Recovery Addict channel is going to turn on their Close Caption feature to see if they can figure out what is being said better. I know Law & Crime channel has Close Caption and I try to capture some of the wording, but even they sometimes have ridiculous CC wording in an attempt to make out what is being said.

(Note-- Recovery Addict's channel sometimes reverts to a news channel connection at lunch, and I have to reconnect to Recovery Channel manually then.)

Lewis proved she was wedded to her diagnosis before she even met LS. She couldn't even bring herself to agree on the stand to the most obvious things like the mom/Stepmom stressor because it poked holes in her own diagnosis. This exposed her bias. There was coaching on that video. I hope the jury recognised it.
