Question.

She talked a lot about how she never lets the defense sit in the field of vision of their client. And sure, the first video, they're sat behind. But in one of the others, where the angle was different, wasn't the witness turning towards the camera to talk to the defense? Which would mean he was in LS's field of vision? And the witness couldn't see the defense to be sure he wasn't signalling LS?

Did anyone else notice this, or am I misremembering?

HE doesn't talk. Well, sometimes he'll whisper something to help clarify what is happening in the courtroom. He's just taking calls right now because court isn't in session.

I dont care about who was smoking it ..what I want to know that the Dr on the stand is not under its influence directly or in directly while working with people who have serious issues and then bringing those hazy opinions to court ,which is what it looks like from where I sit in Virginia. I cant see much but...

Defense is counting on the jury to be feeling some kind of way too. That’s why she’s here. She is a sweet, elderly lady with credentials.

It’s emotional manipulation.
Tactics by a defense team that’s playing their last card.

Time for them to fold.
This is a disaster.

If the defense wants a sweet elderly lady look they should have her appear with silver hair and looking like Aunt Bee from Mayberry. No offense to elderly people who color their hair but Dr. Lewis' hair coloring is harsh IMO.

And the older lady from yesterday (with the short hair) certainly was NOT Dr. Lewis. That lady had opted for a silvery blonde color that was really flattering. I guess I was hopeful that Dr. Lewis had adopted a more flattering hair color.

Glad someone else can't help but think about style (comments have also been made about the defense lawyers' tie and other choices).

IMO.
