You might want to rethink watching. It’s a mess.
It’s too late for us, please save yourself.
I think all she should watch is the 45 minutes after lunch. the 33 minute video . That was worth it really.

You have to wonder if LS was impressed with her acting skills when Lewis seemed to be eating it all up.

I think Lewis is the worst "expert" witness I've ever heard testify.
For my money you can leave out the word expert.

This is some of the strangest, most off the wall testimony and behavior I've ever seen in any trial I've watched. This is so bizarre it's like a movie. This is so warped. Morticia is responsible for all of this. Poor Gannon had to deal with this crap on a daily basis with no one to help him.

I'm starting to feel bad for Dr Lewis on a human level. Take away this case and Morticia for a moment. She's been decimated and defeated and I'm starting to worry about her health. She's grossly incompetent and her whole career is falling apart in front of her and our eyes. I know she's getting paid for this and it's her job but it's sad to watch. She's an older woman and has dedicated her life to her work but to have it all come crashing down like this in front of the world is extremely sad. I'm sure she means well and hopefully she has helped some people in the past but this is just horrible testimony.

Letecia didn't stand for the jury

Young is picking apart the fact that Lewis probably didn't bother to read or review most of the material provided to her.

MOO
She probably billed hours, for doing this.
Her son, helper/caretaker, would agree.
Dr Lewis's work also pays for his keep.

So did prosecution impeach Lewis on her claim that the attorneys were to blame tests weren't done??
I mean, it was HER that emailed telling them to withdraw the request.

Leticia stood for the jury, but not for the judge. The jury leaves first.

If I was a juror it would be extremely painful not to discuss this with the other jurors during break.

Did anyone else watch LS lean over and ask Mr.Cook for the big book in front of him? She then proceeds to lay her head on it. Then, apparently is wasn't comfortable so she asks him for ANOTHER book to stack onto the first one and then she lays her head down. She's over getting comfortable for a nap, I know it's nothing new, but its so disrespectful to the court. I wish the judge would say something about that.

Thursday is a dark day for court.

I can't see how this won't go till Friday at this stage, but I've been wrong before.

Is court on tomorrow? Currently following 3 trials and not sure which one is dark Thursdays it might be Vallow. I’m thinking this witness is going to go on for atleast another half a day. Then if T testifies too, plus closings, jury instructions we could be well into next week by the time we get a verdict.

I’m going to be hearing that accent ringing in my ears while I try to sleep tonight, with the umm, uhhhh, ummm, of Dr Lewis for background noise. Today has been long, thank god we have WS and can follow together, and keep eachother sane!
