Dr.L says "Spell it" lol, because she STILL can't understand her.
Finally LS stops the accent and snaps "THREAT."
I couldn't make this stuff up. What an absolute WASTE of time.

This is embarrassing just to watch, but honestly this is possibly the best case scenario for getting a guilty verdict. If any of the jurors were still open to giving Letecia the benefit of the doubt at the end of the prosecution’s case, they certainly aren’t now.

I feel awful for Gannon’s family. I can’t even imagine what they are feeling right now. What that boy went through seems to have been so much worse than I imagined before the start of the trial.

The charitable interpretation is that Dr Lewis is 1) confused; 2) not very familiar with the case; 3) has no real report to rely upon and 4) chronically tardy.

The uncharitable interpretation is that Dr Lewis is accustomed to just talking off the cuff with no charts or reports to support her viewpoints. (A quack)

The malicious interpretation is that Dr. Lewis pretends to talk off the cuff, and is deliberately withholding discovery from the Court.

(All three could be true at the same time, I guess). #3 is a serious charge, though.

IMO.

I would guess that Dr. Lewis will be reported to her board. Her testimony could possibly place the court cases in jeopardy.
