If I recall, judge said he was going to limit the time allowed for closing arguments.

Judge wants lawyers in at 8.30am to discuss jury instructions.
Then defense wraps up, then closings..
mebbe?
Depends on length of closings.2 hrs tops, starting first thing afternoon?
Then instructions and off they go..
