If I recall, judge said he was going to limit the time allowed for closing arguments.

I thought he said he usually does, but that this case is complex so each side can have as long as they want.

ICBW.

A well deserved little spanking about being on time!! Hahaha! This may be her last time serving as an " expert " witness!
Maybe she doesn't own a watch.
Can't afford one, from her payments.
Perhaps someone can lend her a watch, for a fee!!!

If hypothetically the jury does get the case Friday, will they deliberate over the weekend if it makes it that long?
Can LS change her mind in testifying?
Weekends aren't typical due to budget constraints but if they get the case in the aft. the Judge may let them go into the evening

Will the media get us what the juror's questions were???

Chicken!.

Seriously, as curious as I am as to what she would say, I'm glad she isn't testifying, she has already made this enough of a circus. Now it's time for Gannon's justice.
I am as well.
I've listened/not listened to enough of her abusive rhetoric, I never wanna hear of her again.

Next question: If Letecia isn't testifying, did the judge ask Maria if she'd like to??

I think he said the opposite, he usually does but he wouldn't this time as its such a big case amd there's been so much evidence introduced.

So here we are, our very last thread, depending..
Over protracted delays of years the fire fades and I remember myself at the start, wanting so much to believe he was alive somewhere, that she had sold him, anything except his death.

Only for the Judge, that trial would have driven me insane and speaking Latin.
(hell am even reciting Latin in my head, all about tables.. mensa mensa mensam...)

I am relieved for Gannon's family that she is not testifying. To have her spin and spew her lies again would be an afront to them. Dr. Lewis and her full throttle defense of LS was more than any family should have to take. I was going to scream if she said that LS loved Gannon as a reason that she had to be insane one more time. I kept feeling like I was going to puke at how deferential she was to LS. She did not do a forensic evaluation at all. Thank goodness other people did to refute her junk science work.

I was gonna say, I would have loved to hear him ask her if she had asked everyone first :D (granted, I would have loved to be able to hear him ask anyone anything )

Favorite answer on cross today was Dr. Lewis stating that she had the direct source about LS calling herself MS in her youth somewhere BUT (but, but, but) she would get it to the prosecutor later so they wouldn't waste time in court.

What can you say to that? OMG!!!

I believe they allowed her a very kind professional out . I really was wondering about her testimony and the questions no one asked today in court,
