client called at the most inopportune time! Just got back to refresh and find GUILTY! Justice is served. I am so glad for Gannon's loved ones. It cannot ever ease their heartache but at least now they know she will pay for her crime and never harm another child.

Thank you jurors for having common sense and giving Gannon the justice he deserves and his family some form of closure for this awful chapter in their life.
Indeed, the jurors’ parents raised no fools.

LS acting like it’s just another day

Almost time to pop champagne and raise a toast!

I bet the officer is ready to press the button that controls the electric waistband.

Leticia is guzzling the bottled water knowing that this is the last time she’ll be served any.

Same day sentencing and impact statements coming up/30 min break. moo
I didn’t hear Judge say anything about impact statements, only that Family was ready for sentencing.
I hope they have that opportunity if they desire. I’m fine with CO just sending her away to prison.

Thank you Judge Werner, the jury, and Prosecution. Commendable job, indeed!

Justice for Gannon!

I hope his family finds peace, healing, and happiness. I'm sure they will carry on Gannon's legacy. We will never forget you, sweet boy!

Judge Werner wants at least 30 minutes with the discharged jurors before sentencing LS.

No mention of impact statements. Seems the prosecution and family are ready for sentencing w/o delay --after already waiting 3 years.

ETA: I'm wondering how many jurors-- if not all, will request to return to the courtroom to hear the sentencing?

In 30 minutes we're back for the Sentencing.

This was the scene after the Verdict had been read.

I'm really hoping for impact statements but if the family doesn't want to--I get it.

Judge wants 30 minutes with the jury to discuss stuff like counseling. I’m impressed.

So Letecia is done and dusted finally. Little Nante was found safe just a while ago and Letecia’s going to get what she deserves.

It’s been a good day!

Yeah it was sooo fake.
Yawning and stretching trying to look unbothered when she’s just found out her entire life is to be spent behind bars.. yeah T, not buying it!

What a MONSTER

Must admit I was hoping she would have a melt down ! Either way I’m so happy with the verdict, although I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of her .

So what is the word on sentancing? Is there a mandated sentence or does the jury or judge decide?
