In the next 49 days, LS will apply by notice for an automatic appeal.

This is a long process because next, they will have to seek a transcript of all 21 days of trial for the appellate attorneys (i.e., new public defenders) to file the appellate brief. It's about a two-year process before LS's name will drop and be forgotten by the Court.

Also, LS still has to answer for attempted escape charges at a later date. These charges were separate from the murder case.

Back on camera. Impact Statements are to be directed to the Judge. Also, if Letecia has anything to say, it's to be directed to the Judge. The Judge is the one who imposes the Sentence in this case.​

Day 2 they played her recorded interviews and she moved to a chair in order to see the screen behind the witness stand, but they did not give her a microphone ugh. So the audio was pretty crappy.
