Yes Judge calling her out on behalf of people who legitimately suffer with mental illness

Thank you Judge Werner for pointing out that this murderer has paid a disservice to those who struggle with mental health issues.

Judge is giving Letecia hell about her attempts to incriminate HH and L.

Now about the disservice she’s done to people with mental health illnesses and her claims of DID.

You go judge! I hope we’ll see a transcript of his comments.

Did they medicate her before court or something ?

Judge Werner condemns Stauch’s use of the not guilty by reason of insanity plea.

Incredible speech by Werner here, among the best I’ve ever heard by a judge during questioning.

The reaction on her face when the Judge said Gannon said "I want my mom" shows the true motive of this horrific act of evil

Judge: "You knew what you we're doing and made a number of conscious decisions"

Judge: "It is not hard to imagine Gannon saying something 'your not my mom' 'I want my mom, I want my dad' and that would be enough to make you really angry, but anger is not an excuse."

I think this is a great read by the judge. He’s read her like a book.

Judge: "It's clear you felt trapped, you wanted out. You were searching for a new job and career in Florida."

This whole speech by the judge clearly shows how transparent this murderer is.

Her response is to close her eyes and not let anything in!

The judge is not holding back. He’s not leaving anything out. I love this judge.

He begged her for his child's last words.
She understood what he was asking of her.
She had an opportunity, she was asked twice.

not because she decided to spare them
but because she saw it as a way of maintaining power over them. Spirit of Malice.

This was really a death penalty case and I don't know if I ever said that before, well, I did, yYZhing.
hmmm
Many members know that I'm a strong believer for mandatory death sentence for child murderers. This reinforced my beliefs.

"I cannot fathom the pain." On AS and Landon's loss.

"They will never know what kind of impact their son could have had on the world."

"You betrayed your daughter HH." He's laying out just how disgusted he is for how she treated her. Explicitly saying that there is NO EVIDENCE that HH was involved in any way, but people still think she was involved. That she testified because it was the right thing to do.

Talking about the impact on Little Sis, now. How as she grows, she will have questions, and will wonder whether she could have prevented it. How he hopes she realises that none of it was her fault.

Talking about the betrayal Gannon must have felt when he realised she was killing him.

Talking now about how it is a disservice to all of those who live with mental illness every day that she used it as a defense.

Ho, BOOM, he has had people in his courtroom with conditions 'like' DID, and with schizophrenic disorders before. And that they behave completely differently when confronted with the results of their actions. How everything she did was planned.

"Anger is not an excuse. A defendant is responsible for the actions they choose, even though they were motivated by resentment or anger."

"You took your frustration and anger [with her life situation]... you took all of it out on Gannon."

Talking about how chilling her mimicking his last breaths was.

How the look on her face when she slipped her cuffs "I shudder to think" was probably the last thing Gannon saw before he died.

"You told [Bethel] you really thought you could fix this. I think that was true."

I-95 DOESN'T GO THROUGH COLORADO OH DAMN.

"You said you would never use a knife like that. And yet Gannon was stabbed 18 times."
