He found the car wasn't here, called the FBI to tell them what he feared, and raced back to the home to get the visiting family OUT of Gannon's room, in case it was 'a crime scene'.

To be able to do what he did while still interfacing with someone so vile and devoid of humanity is amazing to me. I am sure the man has (had) lots of faults. I know I have had moments where I was critical of him. But, he knew there was a job to be done and he went full throttle.

And I sincerely hope she knows that she, too, has been vindicated and that it will bring her catharsis.
The Judge told Leticia her daughter still loved her.
But she did the right thing and she knew she had done the right thing and she had done it by choice.
Because it was the right thing to do.

And everybody knew that this is something to which lS cannot even aspire.

He was telling her too that her daughter is now protected by a force far more powerful than anything she invites to manifest through her own psyche.
Despite all her efforts, the State took everything and her daughter will never look back.

Agree 100%. I loved that Judge W told the world (essentially) that HH had nothing to do with what TS did even tho some people still thinks she did. I really appreciate the Judge being so kind/caring when it came to HH. She needs it. I pray she has a beautiful future fulfilled with her dreams despite what her mother has done to her. She seems like a very sweet caring young woman. I hope she makes Gannon proud!

I disagree.

Specific to women convicted in Colorado including LS, there are only two DOC choices for female inmates and San Carlos is not one of them. For example, James Holmes is housed at SCCF.

IMO, she's most likely going to remain at DWCF after reception/evaluation. Please take note LS will not be deprived of mental health services at DWCF:

La Vista Correctional Facility (LVCF) was opened in July 2006, providing the Colorado Department of Corrections with a new multi-custody Level III facility for female inmates. In July 2020, legislation was passed reducing the bed capacity from 707 to 560 leaving 3 living units with a capacity of 78 beds, 2 living units with a capacity of 80 beds, and Unit 1 and Unit 4 Therapeutic Community consisting of 76 beds each. LVCF also has 14 general population beds in the Intake Diagnostic Orientation (IDO) unit and a 15 bed classification review unit. The facility has a mixed classification of female inmates ranging from minimum to close custody. Services provided by housing assignment include a Therapeutic Community, Re-entry services and an Incentive unit.

I used the words 'mission-oriented' when I was listening and trying to transcribe bits of them. He's not on Grusing's level, but he's doing all he possibly can to get her to give up bits of information. And she did. Not an honest, true, start to finish confession, but bits and pieces amongst the lies that turned out to have elements of truth to them.

I remain in awe of what he had the control and objectivity to do in those calls in the cause of finding his son.

I feel for them. Someone has to put on a defense, even for T. It is a seriously stressful job (to defend people one knows are guilty).

They are certainly scathed, but I can't laugh at that. They did their best, I think. It was hard for them to believe in or even to just believe their client. A nightmare.

I hope they get some R and R. We have to have good defense lawyers, throughout our system.

I feel for them too. IMO they were way less offensive than a lot of other defense attorneys I’ve seen in action. While they were probably looking for some sort of mental illness defense (they had nothing else), the ridiculousness of DID was a conspiracy between Lewis and Letecia. They had little choice but to go along with it.

They’ll be next up on her hit list. She’ll drag them through the mud with an ineffective assistance appeal, which will go nowhere. She got the competent defense she wanted and that’s what counts.

From Day 1, Judge Werner recognized what a manipulative thing she was and he made sure to give her zero reasons for appeal.

A few hours after #LeteciaStauch was found guilty in first degree murder, a rainbow appeared outside of the courthouse. Today, the Stauch family got justice for their 11-year-old boy after waiting more than 3 years. Perhaps, this is a sign from #GannonStauch to his loved ones
