he was there until 4:40 a.m............the movie went off at some point during the evacuation of people

fire alarm turned off when cleared........when secured the theater

no one was allowed entry except police to work........k9 came thru at one point

tear gas had dissipated at this point....

had smart phone with him.....

objection from defense.......overruled............

had hit the news by then.....

watched the news....several cell phones ringing within the theater

no cross.....no jury questions..........he's released..

Are they saying they actually tore down the movie screen? Like the white thing it is played on? Confused?

ETA - Yup! That's exactly what they did! Seems crazy, but his explanation of the void that there could be someone back there makes perfect sense. Good thing teenagers work at movie theaters before becoming adults! Crazy for this police officer to have the frame of mind to think about that in the heat of all of the chaos!

one of my bees worked at a movie theater for his first job, oh the stories he wide-eyed told his mommybee as a 15 year old :floorlaugh:.........i had no idea there was that void there until then......also i think this officer or the previous one had worked at this theater previously.......good thinking on the part of this officer!!

Christina Blache was a manager at Red Robin, went with friends Farrah, Maria, Sully, Heather, Bryson (sp?), Tony and Edgar. A few already had tickets and switched to be in the Theater 9 with the others.
