Ohhh WOW..really really reaching..and it's totally irrelevant...Hey jury..you can either accept all of Gur's testimony..some of it..or NONE OF IT...LOL

I worked for 9 years in L & D..delivered myself loads ( hundreds) of baby's with pointing heads,, side moulding and yes bulgy caput ( term used for head of baby).....Irrelevant..as my "Cone-head" son's turned out normal!!

Based on some of this bizwa they are stating we always tease that one of my daughters has a legitimate complaint---for my pregnancy she was always Baby A---but due to deliver (C-section) she got demoted to baby "b".....

Judge won't take this 11th hour discovery lightly. It's resulted in too much wasted time. I bet he'll put defense on notice.

sadly seems like everytime I sign off early something good/interesting happens......However, I don't see it happening with Mr. King--that will be painful!
Ohhhhh and sadly kindle died over the weekend---so I can only follow upstairs---laptop didn't fair much better :blushing::tantrum:
