Well its Very interesting that he was just standing around calmly. He didn't try to run...didn't shoot himself like so many do in these crimes...he didn't fight being arrested. Its certainly odd.. that's for sure.

I like that juror question about, 'have you found other defendants act similarly when arrested' -not exact quote. Because not too many people resist arrest. Def makes a big deal he was co-operative. He knew the jig was up, there was no way out. He was planning an escape because he had those tire puncturing hardware that he bought!

Well I know all drugs effect people differently, but personally, Vicodin makes me very spacey. You could tell me zombies were coming in the door and I would still be in la la land and not moving fast. How does his use of Vicodin impact the insanity case?
