between each message a day apart probably..........

what did the voice mail message specifically say? intelligible....

on 7 am to 5 pm shift...........

monitoring traffic.........

made stop at 2:08 pm.......

vehicle traveling at high rate of speed

going opposite direction, running radar.....

pulled in behind and started following it......

it kept going same speed.......when activated lights, it signaled to pull over, white hyuandi sedan........

have pulled other cars over there before.........

2 lane highway........

put my vehicle partly in traffic lane.........

pulled in behind it......one length between his and their car....

maintained visual of driver.......

got out of car, contacted driver, window was down.....

id's holmes.........

I find myself holding my breath every time they ask a witness to describe the defendant's appearance.

And when I hear the weight gain description...I crack up!

You didn't say "Hey you were driving fast!" and he didn't respond Tuna Fish Sandwich or anything, right?

This man cracks me up!

that day his hair was red......dyed, no facial hair, thinner, no glasses.......

introduced self, clocked 66, asked why speeding, eyes straight forward, hands on wheel, would turn and answer me, then look straight forward..........

told me he didn't know he was driving that fast, he was responsive........when was approaching vehicle, touched back, could see in back, no heavy tinting, saw black case, asked driver what was in rifle case, saw ammo boxes, asked him where he was going, told me going to range in hot sulphur springs.........

two parts of range, one for force, one for state of colorado....not uncommon for someone to go to shoot weapon, asked for his d license, insurance, registration for vehicle, gave me DL, registration, not sure about ins.

I see what he's trying to do here with the tuna fish sandwich and such. Trying to prove JH was coherent.

went back to vehicle and relayed info to dispatch.......

didn't try to give him anything else.........gave him what he asked for

checked DL w/dispatch, checked for open warrants, etc.

checked field interview card info.....gave him DL back, gave him business card of force, released him, didn't give him a ticket.....

described hair as bright red, compared to colorado courts flag color of the "c"

FWPP Officer Ransom was still in training when he stopped Holmes in July of 2012. He had made about 15-20 traffic stop before contacting Holmes.
