One juror keeps asking- " was apt. set up for show" This is the 3rd time it' been asked. The other investigators must not have explained it clear enough! Having doubts it was rigged to cause such damage. It was going to work, no doubt!

Hey guys!!! Just checking in.... When the defense throws up a big stink...I pay more attention and try to figure out what it is that bothers them. I wonder if they object constantly so it's less obvious when they are really bothered by something??

The defense hasn't yet had a whole lot of reasons to object. Some of the objections have been valid; most have not. The defense has to make themselves "present" in the courtroom. The defense also has to get a sense of how this judge will rule, sort of testing the water. Thus, the objections.

Has anyone else noticed that the defense always answers the judge with a terse "yes" or "no" and does not use "your honor" in their answer?
